Selena’s POV:
“How much will it hurt?” I asked, shuddering at the thought of a needle touching my skin. They tattoo guy chuckled,
“Eh, not that much.”
“Good God.” I mumbled.
“It’s kinda like your first time having sex. Hurts for a little bit; but then gets better.”
I laughed before replying. “Okay then.”
“Ready?” he asked, a light humming ringing in my ear. I nodded as the buzzing faded off into my tanned skin.
…..
Selena’s POV:
“I love it!” I smiled, glancing one last time at the small ink on the side of my wrist.
“Good, good.” he smiled. “Hey, you don’t mind if I take a picture?”
“Oh, sure.” we got together and smiled before I went to the front desk and handed him my money.
“Thanks again!” I cried, opening the door.
“My pleasure.”
……
Selena’s POV:
“Hey babe.” Justin said, picking up the phone.
“Hey! Ohmigod, guess what?” I smiled.
“What?” he replied, slight mocking in his voice.
“Guess who got a new tattoo?” I heard him gasp.
“What? No way! When?”
“Literally right now. I’m still in the parking lot.” I smiled, pulling down the mirror to apply lipgloss.
“Damn. What is it?”
“Just a small heart, but I love it.” I replied.
“Send me a picture? And I think you should have gotten something different.”
My heart sank. He doesn’t like it? “Oh, well, what should I have gotten?”
“My name.” he laughed. “Justin. In huge black letters on your ass!”
His joking personality came out as I giggled, “Oh, yes! Totally.”
“See? You should have called me before.” he smirked.
“Well, I could go back in.” I joked. He laughed before replying “Or we could get eachother’s names soon.”
“Not soon. But eventually.” I responded. A grin spread on my face as I put the keys in the ignition.
“When we’re married?” he asked.
“Maybe.”
“Someday.” I could hear him smiling through the phone.
“Someday couldn’t come soon enough.”
