"Spence, c'mon!" JJ whined

"Yeah! It'll be lots of fun." Emily said

"And everyone is going to be there! Don't throw us off and make it uneven!" Penelope adds

"What's going on?" You ask as you enter the bullpen. At Spencer's desk stood JJ, Emily, Penelope, and Derek who were bickering him about something.

"Oh! (Y/N)! Rossi just rented a beach house for the extended weekend. You have to come!" Penelope explained

"Oh yeah, I'm down." You smile brightly as you take a seat at your desk directly across Spencer and the crowd

"See! (Y/N/N)'s coming, Reid. Now everyone will be there." Derek told him

"(Y/N), didn't you just get that cute new bikini from Shein?" Emily winked at you

"Yup. It just got in yesterday." You reply casually, not catching her drift

"Wait, can I bring a few books?" Spencer suddenly spoke up/agreed. Everyone started to laugh while you start to blush. You don't even think he caught his own words, but you assume the best. Why? Because you have always had a thing for him. That's an understatement; you love him.

"Oh, so now you agree?!" JJ laughed

"Of course he did! (Y/N)s got a new bikini!" Derek exclaimed through thunderous laughter

"I'm glad you're coming..." You squeak at Spencer

"T-T-thanks..." He shyly mumbled before scurrying his way to the coffee machine while you sat there blushing and shyly smiling

"Well, thank you (Y/N) for getting him to go!" Penelope squealed

"Like Pretty Boy, I too am very excited to come now!" Derek flirted

"Don't you guys have paperwork?" You ask through a giggle before they make their ways to their own work. Spencer eventually came back to his work as well, the two of you accidentally making brief eye contact.

"Spencer?"

"Yes?" He immediately responded

"Will you at least get in the water if you're bringing books?" You smirk

"Don't push it." He joked back, causing both of you to smile and anxiously await the weekend

—At the Shore—

"Reid! You made it!" Rossi announced his presence. He had just got there and looked off the balcony to see all his coworkers along the shoreline. He quickly unpacked in the last vacant room and made his way down there.

"But you're late. Shame on you, Wonder Boy!" Penelope teased

"Sorry. Hi." He said as Rossi, who was already slightly tipsy, kissed his cheeks. Everyone said their hellos as he took a seat beneath the umbrella and on top of his dark purple towel. The sun was close to setting when he noticed that you weren't around.

"Where's (Y/N)?" He asked the others. They all gave him a look and started to chuckle

"She's in the water, lover boy." Hotch (yes Hotch!) smirked. Derek then whistled with his fingers, grasping your attention;
