You called Bani later that night and luckily Grayson had gone out with Ethan to get some take out before returning.

"You're traveling?" Bani asked feeling a bit gloomed out.

"Yeah but I'm still not sure where I'm going next" you responded.

"Y/n you know you don't have to travel all the time to run away or hide from Grayson right" Bani was trying to make side your decision wasn't influenced by him.

That's about the time they came back.

Bani was too distracted to notice but Grayson heard your voice and told Ethan to keep quiet before Bani noticed their arrival.

"I love Grayson," Grayson heard you mumble. "But I can't do a long-distance relationship. Not anymore at least"

Grayson immediately realized what you meant by that and decided to walk away from where he could hear your conversation with Bani.

Ethan stood nearby and listened.

"New York won't be too bad for now and maybe you could visit too"

"Maybe" Bani cheered up a bit.
