Sophie tensed at the name of the rebel group. Biana was at her side instantly, sensing Sophie's distress. Biana sent her a look a warmth, knowing what Sophie was thinking.

"I'm a freak because of them Biana, there is no need to treat them as heroes or give them warm looks."Sophie responded with a small scoff.

"You are not a freak, in any way, shape, or form Soph. They are the ones that tipped us off about you in the human world. We have no evidence saying that they are a bad organization." Biana argued.

"But we have no evidence saying that they are a good one either! If I'm so special and some killer weapon they made, then why would they drop me off with some human family with no explanation of my past. Or erase my memories before nine years old! Not to mention because I am now recognized people give me even weirder looks than they did before." Sophie replied, picking up her items from off the floor.

"I'm just so tired of getting the weird look and comments. I didn't feel like a human when I was with them, but now I live with elves since 'I am one', but I also don't feel like an elf either!" Sophie grumbled sitting back down onto the floor.

"Sophie, elves greatly appreciate what you have done for the Lost Cities; they realize your talents and efforts." Fitz joined into the argument, pushing himself up from his bed.

"But those talents are weird, okay? Normally Elves only have one or two powers while I have frickin five or six! I can't even keep track anymore. Just because try to save the cities with these powers, it seems like no one will truly see me as a person. Instead they see me as a weapon or a freak." Sophie argued back, rolling her eyes and flopping on the medical bed.

"And what about us then, huh? We keep telling you that we appreciate you and that we enjoy being around you." Biana snapped, her arms crossing. Sophie's face softened.

"Yeah but that is because you all took the time to meet me. Biana thinks about it when you first met me you didn't even like me until your dad asked you to keep tabs on me. And after you started to interact with me, you saw... me. Not the freak that everyone thought I was." Sophie responded. Biana hesitated.

"After the Lodestar accident, the Black Swan (remember NO NIGHTFALL)stopped interacting with us, even though we are official members of their organization. Not to mention this whole genetically modified embryo sense just isn't adding up. I don't trust them; it seems Forkle is the only one who will fill me in on anything. And even then he doesn't give me much. If I'm meant to be some weapon, then why will they not let me do anything? Constant Neverseen attacks have been happening for almost two years, and I feel hopeless." Sophie continued.

"I hate to say it, but I agree." A voice called out behind them. Sophie turned her head to see Keefe walking into the tent, followed by Tam and Dex.

Elwin looked annoyed that so many people were in the medical tent.

"How do so many people keep on getting in? We have guards." Elwin asked everyone annoyed.

"Sorry man, but I am the master at avoiding adults, so it was quite easy," Keefe responded.

"We have been trained to do this, to fight the Neverseen, but it seems they don't want to involve us in anything. They have been keeping things even quieter than usual, so we haven't even been able to go Neverseen hunting under their noses either." Keefe continued.

"I'm tired of just sitting here when we have the ability to save lives and stop these nutjobs." Tam interrupted. Everyone nodded solemnly.

"You must stop worrying about things that aren't yours to worry about." A voice mumbled from the other entrance. Alden stood at the tent entrance.
