Sophie woke up, gasping on the dungeon stone floor, shaking. Leto was beside her taking deep breathes aswell.

"That's me, isn't it? Amalia Hera Morretti?" Sophie asked quietly. Leto nodded his head.

"My father was Allesandro Morretti. My mother was Eumelia Sofiran; she left my father and I at a young age." Sophie rambled.

"Yeah." Was all Leto could say. Sophie stared at the dimly lit ceiling as all the memories flew back into her mind.

"That is all I could transfer over to you before completely burning out. But, I think it will be plenty for the memories to start coming back themselves." Leto panted out. Sophie laid on the stones, not even thinking about getting up. There was too much to process in too little time.

"You are my Rastus father, like my godfather," Sophie concluded. Leto nodded his head.

"And my accent, it isn't French. It is Inalian, that is why when I lived in France, they thought I was from Greece?" Sophie asked.

"Yeah, it is Inalian. I have to constantly remind myself everyday to try to hide the accent in everyday conversation." Leto said quietly.

Sophie slowly pulled herself off the ground.

"So Leto is your true identity," Sophie said, smiling.

"Yeah. I was your father's best friend. We did everything together. And when... he passed, I decided to take possession of you; To get you out of the sight of the Neverseen for a while. That is why I placed you with your human family. Do you know your human father? That was one of my identities; I used it so I could constantly keep an eye on you." Leto explained, peeling himself off the ground aswell. Sophie sat in comfortable silence with Leto as little things slowly came back to her. Her father teaching her how to dance and read. He would scale the outer wall of the tall tower with Sophie on his back; they had to climb the outside because the inside was locked. When they made it to the top of the building, he would read to her, and tell her all about their people's stories. Her two aunts teaching her about the Vatarian culture. Her and Alexios were causing trouble in the town markets.

"What happened after that first attack, Leto? I can't remember anything after that." Sophie asked.

"You should wait for the memories to come back on their own. It is not the best to regain memories from someone else's memories. It can create contradicting points of view. You should wait for the rest of the minds to come back to you naturally.

"But Leto-"

"Sophie, I can't give you anything else. Trust me." Leto said quietly. Sophie didn't know how to feel. She was overwhelmed by the sudden story and realization of her past. But she was also... overjoyed. To be remembering her history, her people, her culture. To have it all coming back to her was overwhelming. Sophie let out a sob, hot tears rolling down her cheeks. Leto got up in a panic, wondering about Sophie's reaction. Sophie shook and cried, but also had a warm smile breaking on her cheeks.

"Ama- Sophie?" Leto questioned. Sophie took a shaky breath before answering.

"I'm okay," Sophie answered his silent question. They sat in comfortable silence until a question popped up in Sophie's mind

"How did you end up with the Black Swan?" Sophie asked quietly.

"I proposed creating more of a presence in the elven cities. A lot of our people did not like the Elves, after many years of discrimination and judgment. Many of our Cyevan recruits weren't just Vatarians. There were also other races. Ogres, Trolls, Lith, and others. Including some rogue elves. They were all mad that their species were getting screwed over by the Elven treaties. So they weren't excited at the idea of involving the Elves. But I managed to join a little pitiful Elven organization called the Black Swan and raised it to great heights. It was our Elven post. But only a few in that organization knew about my real past. Not even some members of the higher authority in the Black Swan knew about the Cyevan Assassins." Leto explained. Sophie nodded her head in understanding. Leto was letting his Inalian accent come through since he was talking casually.
