Sophie tried her hardest not to heave her stomach, but eventually failed and threw up her lunch. Alvar sat encouragingly nearby and kept his hand on her back, trying to support her.

"H-how? I don-" Sophie's sobbed throwing up was cut off by Alvar.

"I won't be able to explain it, Soph," Alvar said quietly.

"If you want, we can share mindscapes. That way, you will be able to know I am telling the truth, and it might be able to trigger memories." Alvar proposed. Sophie sat back for a minute, recovering before nodding. She placed her fingers on his temples and entered a mental plane with him.
