You flinch during an argument

Asra:

He had to leave but then an argument broke out. As the argument got heated, he got enough and just snatched his bag before storming out, slamming the front door shut causing you to flinch. As Asra stormed away, he was angrily thinking about the argument and how silly it was. Once he calmed down, he groaned as he realized how he shouldn't have slammed the door like that. As he was reflecting on how bad that argument went, suddenly Faust popped out his back making him stare in shock then smile. She gave him a frown since he had snatched the bag and shook her around in it so he pet her, apologizing then sighed and said that argument was a mess and he should hurry home to talk with you and apologize. So when he came back home, it was a bit awkward as he was unsure what to say, motioning to the table, asking if you two can talk about what happened and the argument. The first thing he said when you both sat down was that he's really sorry about slamming the door behind him and for getting so angry.

Nadia:

Nadia is always composed so when she suddenly loses that composor and begins shouting, that's always a shock. So when she suddenly went from composed so angrily arguing back and giving the table an annoyed slap, you couldn't help but flinch. She did feel bad about it, but the annoyance and anger she felt was too much to realize that right now. It was only when the argument finally came to a stop and silence fell was when the feelings of feeling bad and guilt began settling in. She rubbed her face with a sigh, not able to believe she lost it like that and even scared her spouse. She made sure she was first feeling okay again before she apologized to you. Both had a talk about it, with her mostly giving you these sorry eyes, still feeling bad about it.

Julian:

He was using a butterknife as he was having his lunch, wondering why he can't have his lunch in peace, he wasn't even sure anymore how this argument began. As you said something that annoyed him, he twirled around, wanting to point with the knife but it somehow went flying causing you both to flinch and stare in shock as the knife flew right aside you. As you stared in shock, Julian hurried to you, taking your face in his hands and moving your cheek to him, asking if he hit you. He was so scared he accidentally threw it against you but as he saw your cheek was fine, he let out a nervous, shaky breathe before dropping his forehead on your shoulder, whispering he's so sorry. He wrapped his arms around you, holding you tightly. You could feel him slightly trembling so you slowly wrapped your arms around him, whispering you know. After a few seconds, he pulled away and picked up the knife. He threw it in the sink, mumbling now he definitely isn't in the mood for his lunch anymore.

Muriel:

His whole world crashed. He made you flinch... He never meant to do that, he didn't even mean to argue, it just happened. He slowly reached out then retracted his hand, scared he will make you flinch again. He didn't know what to say, he didn't know what to do, he didn't mean for it to happen. He never wanted to scare you, and now he did. He looked ready to cry so you told him it's okay, but he frowned and mumbled it's not and he never wanted to make you flinch like that. When you stepped closer, he was quick to step back while leaning away, looking as if he was trying to shrink away to make himself smaller and less scary. You kept taking steps to him until he was at the wall and unable to move away, then you reached out and pet his hair, assuring him you are okay and you know he didn't mean for it to happen because he would never harm or even scare you. He couldn't help but pout as he leaned into your touch. When you gave him a smile and asked if he wants to go feed the chicken and put this silly argument behind you two, he was quick to nod.

Portia:

She was carrying a vase Nadia asked for, hurrying through the halls, both arguing. As she twirled around, angrily telling you she's working so continue this argument at work, the vase suddenly slipped from her hands and slammed right onto the floor, causing you both to yelp and flinch away. Silence fell as you both stared in shock at the broken vase before Portia cursed, covering her mouth quickly. She knew Nadia would understand it was an accident but she couldn't help but panic. She began looking around, trying to guess which way to go to get a duster to clean up this mess. When you heard her whisper in a panicked worry that Nadia will be annoyed the vase she asked for broke, you let out a sigh before twirling your finger above the broken vase. Portia stared as the broken pieces flew to each other and flew up. She held her hands out, watching the now fixed vase land on her hands. She was amazed by how well it was fixed, as if brand new. You told her not to drop it this time then sighed that you will go home. As you turned and walked away, stopped and apologized for causing her trouble at work then left. Portia stared before quickly hurrying away to get this vase to Nadia.

Lucio:

He swinged his golden hand your way, shouting something, but you flinched at the sudden sharp fingers so close to your face. This made Lucio freeze then quickly retract his hand, saying he didn't mean to scare you. But you just told him he almost poked out your eyes with his damn golden fingers, so he groaned out he didn't and he wasn't even close to your eyes. When you angrily asked if he wants to argue about that as well, he yelled back he does not and he doesn't want to argue about anything with you. Silence fell again before he cursed, angrily saying he's gonna go do something fun then stormed away. He didn't do anything fun, he just sat on the stairs with his dogs, feeling awful he almost hurt you with his golden hand and that he shouted at you like that.

Valerius:

It was an accident. Both were in a heated argument and he swinged his hand, forgetting the wine glass in his hand, causing the wine to fly out. You flinched and yelped because you thought it was the glass that flew out his hand, not just the wine, so you thought the glass would shatter near you. But that luckily wasn't the case, just a few wine drops on you. Valerius stared in shock at the wine spot on the wall now before he cursed and threw the glass on a nearby furniture. Awkward silence fell as he rubbed his face in annoyance and you pulled at your clothes, wondering how you will get this out. He finally spoke, asking if you are okay. When you nod, he nod back then said he's gonna go read a book and calm down. As he walked to the door to leave, he stopped and awkwardly apologized then left.

Devil:

Arguing with the Devil is a very scary thing. So any of his sudden moves can cause you to flinch. When he sees the flinch, he will narrow his eyes and finally realize how scary he must be looking right now and try to calm down, saying this argument is going nowhere so he will think about it and then can both continue this discussion.
