The Arcana x Reader Scenarios {Book Two}

When the magical realm starts collapsing and both have to escape it on time

I haven't played the game in two years so I forgot all spells the MC can perform or how most magical stuff went so if anything is inaccurate that's why.

Asra:

You were both laughing about something he said, but then both froze and watched the trees behind you two wobbling then falling down causing you two to stumble back. He didn't hesitate as another tree collapsed; snatching your arm and running for it, yelling to go. As you both ran, you saw a door standing there, surrounded by many wobbling trees. Asra yelled to go through it. You both ran so hard you didn't even know you could run this fast. You just slammed the door open with your shoulder, stumbling through then falling on the other side. Asra cursed as he hit you then fell on the ground as well. You wanted to ask him if he's okay but your head automatically twirled to the door as loud noises came and stared as now trees laid piled in front of the door then the door suddenly broke causing splinters of wood to go flying so Asra was quick to pull you to him and cover you. Once it was safe he fell aside you, both trying to catch your breathes, then he looked around before saying let's take a break then explore this new place.

Nadia:

There was this little village so you both went to it, in hopes to find some food and shelter as hunger and exhaustion began settling in. As Nadia asked some person if there might be an inn here, suddenly the person's speech began becoming slurred and then they just fell down causing Nadia to gasp and hurry to her knees, shaking the person, calling for their attention before yelling she needs help, only to stare so you look around to see all the other people had collapsed as well. And soon roof tiles began sliding down the houses, slamming onto the ground, causing Nadia to flinch each time. She asked nobody in particular what's going on here, hurrying to you. But you just said let's go and took her hand then began walking in a hurry away, which turned to running as the house walls began collapsing as well, bringing the whole houses down. You both kept running until you were miles away from the house, at which point you both flopped onto the ground and held your sides and rubbed your legs, panting like dogs. She sighed and held her hair out her neck, asking if any of these magical realms are nice and peaceful and don't involve life threatening situations.

Julian:

He was waiting as you were reading some book of spells you found. He glanced around, trying to keep himself from boredly humming or tapping his fingers or foot, only to freeze and stare at something. You asked what as he began tapping your arm so he asked if that's normal. You looked at him to see him pointing at something so turn to see the world crumpling away. Both stared at it then you snapped out it and yelled obviously not and both took off running. But he snatched your arm and pulled you to him, keeping you from running on, just on time as the ground before you began crumpling as well. He panicked, asking if the book doesn't have anything so you began flipping through it, trusting him to guide you safely as you both had to run away from the spot as it began crumpling away. He called your name with panic on his voice as you were both now becoming cornered. You found this vanishing spell so just snatched his hand tightly and performed it without a second thought. Both felt as if something sucked you two away from behind then flew through the air before rolling on stones. Once you stopped rolling quickly looked around to see you were both somewhere else, on a stone path. Julian stayed laid down, groaning he tends to like this sort of stuff but this was just unpleasant. He sat up and looked at you, asking if you are okay so you said yeah then asked what about him so he gave a thumbs up and said perfect then looked around, mumbling he really hopes this world stays intact.

Muriel:

He walked when some weird scratching sound came causing him to look down to see a crack forming from under his feet. You looked at what he was looking at then slowly asked if he just stepped on the ground so tough he cracked it, to which he frowned and said that's impossible to do. Suddenly the crack began widening and creating more cracks, of which went to you so Muriel was quick to snatch your arm and easily pull you away from the cracks. He carefully got off them, but they kept growing and the ground began trembling as the cracks began widening, creating gaps in the ground. He cursed then just picked you up and began running away from it, but the cracks followed. You held him tightly while trying to think of anything that could help. It was a spell you never performed before, just seen in some of Asra's more advanced books, so you clenched Muriel's shoulders, pushing your face against him, ignoring the sounds of the ground crumbling and cracking around you two and focusing purely on this spell. It felt like forever, during which a terrible throbbing headache formed and your energy seemed to seep out, but then Muriel came to a jog, then a walk, and then stood still. He stared ahead then looked at you, calling your name so you slowly peeked to see him staring at you then saying you done it. You looked away from him, to the scenery, to see indeed you had done it, it was a whole new scenery with no cracks in the ground. He moved to put you down but you grasped him tighter, feeling your whole body tingling and trembling, and as if you have no energy, so he moved you in his arms to hold you better then continued walking, holding you close and carefully.
