Tara POV
Purple flames cover my father CALAHAN. She screams as my father holds her. The flames increase making me look away. When the fire burns out I look back. I gasp looking at the burnt figures in front of me. Their once flawless skin was gone. All that was left were black figures still in the same position they were before.

Davina and everyone slowly got up. I shivered as a breeze came through the major size hole in the arena. Their ashes flew away with the sizzle of fire at the tips. Davina hugged me making me cry into her shoulder. We let go and she held my hand. "Thank you" Davina smiled sadly.

I nodded looking over at Klaus's body. I ran over to him falling to my knees. I trailed my hand along his face. "You're going to be okay" I whispered kissing him on the lips. I could feel everyone's presence. I gripped the wooden steak pulling it out. I looked at the steak setting it on fire.

Nothing would ever take him away from me again. I bit into my arm letting blood drip from my wound. "What are you doing" Elijah rashly said. Marcel held him back from me and I moved my wrist over Klaus's mouth. I watch as the drops fell into his mouth. Once his mouth was covered in my blood I let my hands hover his body. I closed my eyes and whispered a spell.

I could feel my heart ache but I continued with the spell. "Keep going" Shiva encouraged. Finishing the spell I opened my eyes. I felt a streaming liquid come down my nose. I touched it to see blood on my fingertips. I look to Elijah as my vision blurred. The last thing I heard before passing out was a group of people calling my name.

..........
"You need to wake up" Shiva hollered. I turned around looking at her "I can't I won't. What if...if he-" "You won't know till you're awake". She nudged her snout into my neck making me smile. I stood up nodding with encouragement. I turned around running towards a bright light.

My eyes opened and I saw the old rustic chandelier I prayed for. I sat up to see Klaus and my old bedroom. I heard footsteps and the door slamming open. There in the doorway stood my mate, the man I loved, and in his hands our precious daughter. He let her go and she ran to me.

She wrapped her arms around me crying into my shoulder. I sobbed rubbing her back "My baby" I smiled. We stayed like that for a while until Lily fell asleep. Klaus was sitting in a chair at my bedside. Lily's head lay in my lap as I gently petted my hair. Klaus grabbed my head making me look up at him.

I could feel his love filtering through our bond. It was warm and protective.  "I thought I would never see you again" I whispered. Klaus's devilish smirk and tense eyes made it hard for me to look him in the eye. "smirked at me waiving off in me in folds. "I would never leave you or her" Klaus kissed my hand.

A tingle ran through my skin with an electric shock. "I'm just glad you've stopped denying us" Klaus smiled. "Shut up" I scoffed looking away. Klaus stood up and slowly moved his hand on my jaw. My head went back as he kissed me passionately. I patted his chest making him step back.

The door opened and we both looked. Elijah stood in his classic black suit. Klaus grabbed Lily carrying her out. Elijah closed the door still not looking at me. "I'm happy you're safe," Elijah said in a gentle tone. "I'm sorry Elijah" I mumbled looking down to my hands.

Elijah came to the bed pinching my chin up. "I love you and I saw how happy you were when you first saw him again. You do not have to apologize to me. Before you left we had our issues and I couldn't get over the connection you had with Klaus. I want to thank you" Elijah smiled sadly.

"For what" I pondered. He let go of my chin stepping back. "You were a wonderful experience. I want to thank you for changing my brother. Giving my family. Our family Lily" he coughed. I smiled "Thank you for everything. Being there for me and protecting me". Elijah hummed in response heading to the door.

"Elijah" I called out. He held the door looking at me with intense emotion. "Goodbye," I whispered. "Goodbye, Tara".

Elijah POV
I closed the door chuckling to myself looking at my brother beside me. "You know she can sense you being a monere. I wasn't going to anything Niklaus". He leaned off the wall "had to make sure. I lost her once I won't do it again, brother" Klaus said seriously. He cracked and smiled and we hugged.

"Take care of her," I told him in his ear. We let go and he looked at me strangely. I let him go back into the room and headed to Freya's room. I knocked on the door hearing footsteps then her face. "Elijah," she said opening the door and letting me in.

I could tell that a sound barrier was up around the room. "What did you need me for? I thought with Tara being back I wouldn't be seeing Klaus or you for a while" Freya joked. Her smile falters upon seeing my face. "Brother" she questioned.

"I need you to perform a memory loss spell," I said with no emotion.
