"Dear, Lilly, words cannot express how..."

"It's okay, Shannon," Cesar interrupted, standing awkwardly next to me.

"How embarrassed I am to have to stay here, so suddenly."

"Everything is fine. Make yourself at home," I said.

"I'm sure Cesar has already told you the details, but I'd still like to thank you once again for having me. That's very generous of you."

"Mi casa es su casa" I commented, then the assistant interrupted us saying that her room was already tidy. She smiled, said good night and headed towards her quarters.

"Good evening" Ron said goodbye as well, going to his room, which was on the ground floor. Cesar and I headed toward the master suite upstairs.

In the room, when I retired, Cesar lay down next to me. With our guest at home, I was curious:

"Why are you here?"

"She thinks we're married.and that I'm having an affair."

"Ah, sim."

The next morning, Shannon had breakfast with us, but soon left. I confess it was an uncomfortable breakfast.
