qq walked out of the school grounds silently before getting stopped by a certain raven-haired setter.
"hi kags," she said before giving a smile.
he studied her face for a few minutes before asking, "dou shita no?"
"nandemunai," she answered, "why do you ask?"
(t: nandemunai = nothing)
"you're lying," he said, "and i will find out what this is about."
he strode off, leaving the girl behind.
"hey, matte!" she said as she quickened her pace to catch up to him.
they walked in silence for a while before he asked, "do you want to get some ice cream?"
("ice cream"... *war flashbacks*)
she nodded.
they stopped by a provision shop and kageyama went inside to get them the ice cream while qq waited outside. soon, he emerged with two ice cream cones in his hand and passed the chocolate-flavoured one to the girl.
"arigatou, kags!" she said before she opened the ice cream.
in the midst of eating, kageyama glanced at her face before putting his fingers under her chin to lift her face up. her face began to heat up slightly and he pressed his slightly chapped lips on hers before averting his gaze and having a very bad blush on his face.
"you had ice cream on your lips," he said.
she turned red before returning to her normal face colour and teased, "aw, you're such a tsundere!"
"a-am not!" he insisted.
"are too!"
"urusai, qq."
"sure, kags."
