Chapter 24 - News

Josh was busy with some of his tasks that he had to do for the year when he heard a knock on the door.
He wondered who it could be but not too long.

"You're gonna hate me," Maya said.
"Come on Maya. What on earth did you..."
"I think I'm pregnant," Maya said and Josh froze.
"What? How... How sure are you? Come in," Josh said and Maya went inside.
"You are talking confusing. Take a deep breathe and try again," Josh said as they both sat down.
"I don't think I have a tummy bug," Maya said.
"How sure are you?" Josh asked.
"80%."

Josh's eyes widened as he knew when Maya spesifically says a number she is serious.
What is he going to do if she is pregnant?

"Okay that's high. Did you take a test yet? Maybe you really do have a bug," Josh said.
"No. I'm nauseas through the whole day, I'm tired, I can barely keep anything in... I think I'm pretty sure," Maya said.
"Okay. I'll tell you what. We can go and buy a test and then we can take it."
"Josh I am sure I am. If this was a bug it wouldn't hold this long," Maya said.
"Okay. I'll go drive to the shop. Go lie down for a bit," Josh said.
"Okay."
