Chapter 117 - Back At Home

It was almost a week later and Maya was sitting in a rocking chair going back and forward with the baby in her arms.
She looked down at her son as she gave him a kiss.
She smiled putting him in his bassinet as she went in front to her boyfriend and Ruby.

"Fast asleep. Hey, Ruby. What you doing?" Maya asked.
"Playing of course. I'm so happy you guys are okay. Both of you," Josh said taking Maya in his arms.
"Of course I am. I have a family who keeps me fighting strong. More than that I can't ask for. You guys are my family, Josh. No matter what," Maya said.
"Yeah, I know. We have to announce baby boy's name at some point," Josh said.
"Let's wait awhile. In what hurry are we really?" Maya asked and Josh smiled as Ruby climbed on Maya's lap.
"You are a crawling machine, Ruby. How am I and Daddy gonna keep up?" Maya asked giving her a kiss.
