"Heyyy you said you wanted to meet up, right?" Hoseok asked, cocking his head to the side once he saw Yoongi's figure already sitting down inside the bubble tea place they both scheduled to meet at.

"Uh, yeah," Yoongi nervously peered down at his lap, clearing his throat before speaking up again, "it's nothing serious, I just really like this place and thought we should get it some time."

Hoseok nodded at this, slightly suspicious that there was something more to this little date than what Yoongi was proposing, but he went along with it and sat down across from Yoongi at one of the small round wooden tables with a small flower vase in the center.

Don't get me wrong, Hoseok trusted Yoongi more than anyone and knew that he was one of the most honest people he's ever met, he just couldn't help but think that Yoongi was hiding something serious from him or that that conversation would come along at some point during this outing.

Maybe it was his more unsure or nervous aura that casted these paranoias to swarm inside Hoseok's mind, worrying if something was wrong or that Yoongi was going to deliver bad news of some sort.

Then again, on a more positive note, what if Yoongi was going to tell him something exciting or exuberant?

The possibilities were endless, ranging from their relationship's downfall and the mere possibility of them already breaking up, though that was highly unlikely and Hoseok did his best to brush off those pessimistic thoughts. Or, it could be on the exact opposite side of the spectrum with Yoongi asking him to be his—

No, Hoseok told himself, mentally scolding himself for thinking too highly of this casual meet up, don't get your hopes up.

In fact, in Hoseok's mind, that very small chance was even more unlikely than them breaking up only two months into their relationship.

But that was just blatantly built off his insecurities and little devils inside his conscience telling him so; when in reality, that milestone was actually much closer than anticipated.

Though another reason for it was because Yoongi himself was the person who suggested taking things slow back in December, and to try dating out to see how they liked it and if all went well then they could discuss more things like labeling their relationship to something more than 'dating'.

While neither one of them really had a problem with it, labeling their relationship as boyfriends was a secret yearning both of the boys had hidden deep beneath themselves. Not one of them have spoken about it yet, or even suggested the possibility or tried bringing it up, but that was solely out of the fear for rushing things or causing more distraught in their relationship.

Because frankly, they'd rather have things be casual and have good mends between them than having bad blood.

Despite how much it physically hurt them everyday with continuing to stall that opportunity both of them constantly looked for every chance they got.

But today, Yoongi was hoping to change that.

Unless he chickened out, which was very likely knowing him, but then again the thought of referring to Hoseok as his boyfriend would be a dream come true to him, one that he wanted to make a reality.

"Hey," Yoongi spoke up, snapping Hoseok out of his dazed thoughts as he tapped him on the shoulder, "you okay? You're kinda spacing out," he chuckled, brushing a hand through his frosty blue locks, which were now sadly fading to a lighter blue since the time where Hoseok had dyed them for him at the younger's house was nearly five months ago.
