Enki x Reader: Tend

"Redemption! Redemption! DJ Space Invaders!" You quietly cheer to yourself.

"What are you doing now?" A deep voice interrupts you.

You let out a squeak and end up falling off the desk you were sitting on.

You expected to fall on the ground but instead, two strong hands caught you.

"Thank's Enki." You smile at the Supervising officer of building 5.

He nods and sits you back up on his desk. You sit cross-legged as you look up at your friend with an innocent look.

"I'll ask again. What were you doing?" You look down at your hands.

"...I was bored so....I just did whatever." You told truthfully.

After a moment of silence, you hear Enki sigh. "I don't even know why I asked." He pats your head.

"Enki. I got this weeks paperwork from the Warden." Ruka walks in.

"Put it on my desk." Enki replies as he goes to look at a few files.

"Sure." Ruka walks over to Enki's desk. You are about to move over when you feel something light on your head.

"Their." Ruka nods satisfied with his work.

"Did you have to put it on me?" You asked as you removed the folder holding this weeks paperwork.

"He said on his desk. He didn't say where on his desk." Ruka smiles mysteriously.

"Stop bullying me." You whine. Ruka has always been like this to you. He likes to tease you because he knows how sensible you can be. You don't know why, but he just enjoys your misery.

"Ruka." Enki growls. Ruka turns to his superior and stiffens up. A cold glare from the supervising officer.

"I'll be going now." Ruka rushes out the door.

You look at where he ran and had this look of shock and amusement on n your face.

"Did he hurt you?" Enki almost immediately questions.

"Huh?" You tilt your head.

"Did he mentally or physically hurt you? Is their a scratch or even a slight bruise any where?" He walks over to you and starts asking questions.

"I'm fine..." You trail off with a sweat drop.

"Here. Just in case." He hands you a first aid kit.

'I'm not...whatever.' You sigh as you give in and let Enki tend to you.
