Yamato x Reader: Observing, Not Stalking

Yamato makes his way down the hallways of Building 13. He had a big smile on his face. Nothing unusual.

A guard with beautiful (h/c) hair, pokes her head around a corner and watches him walk off with glossy eyes. She had a sloppy smile on her face. Yup. She is in love.

Yup. Nothing unusual.

It was normal for the female guard to stalk-I mean observe her prey-I mean, man.

"What a great day of training. I shall do so again after a quick rest. HAHAHAHAHAHA!" Yamato laughs loudly. It made (Y/n)'s heart beat faster.

"Yes my dear. Do you absolute best. I'll be here to support you." You say to yourself with a love struck smile on your face.

"Oh hello supervisor. I have just returned from intense training. My body is ready for anything to come my way." Yamato salutes at Hajime when said man turned the corner.

"You were supposed to take the Night duty shift. I ended up having to cover for you." Hajime yells as he shakes Yamato's shoulders angrily.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA." Yamato laughs.

You blush. "My sweet Yamato."

Your little 'moment' is then ruined when Hajime called you out.

"What are you doing here? You're a guard in building 8 aren't you?" You then panic and duck out of sight.

"Ah! Ms.(L/n)! So good to see you." Yamato appears around the corner with joy.

"Yes it is sweetheart." You decide to stop hiding and come out of your little 'hiding place'. Basically just around the corner.

"I've been seeing you around quite a lot. I always thought I was losing my mind but seeing you here now, I think I need an explanation." Hajime wasn't asking for an explanation. He is demanding for one.

"Oh I think you might be going a bit crazy. Those four inmates are probably getting to you." You smoothly cover your stalker act. Bad news, you just buried yourself further in the whole.

"I suppose." Hajime nods.

"Wait a minute. How do you know about those four?" Yamato asks. At that, Hajime glares at you. You then tense up.

"How do you know about those punks? The only guards who know about their constant escapes is myself and the other guards in this building." It felt like Hajime was burning holes in your skull.

"I-I uh-" You stutter.

"I understand. You got so moved by building 13's energy, that you would stop by and watch us run around. Such a great way to train. Observing. HAHAHAHA." Yamato laughs.

"Oh course! What you said Yamato!" You basically have hearts for eyes as you stare up at your 'saviour'.

Hajime just sighs.
