Dream and Nightmare hadn't known that they were brothers since well, they had been separated from each other at birth. Well, actually Nightmare knew but Dream didn't. Dream didn't even know he was a prince. All he knew was that he was the guardian of hopes and dreams. Nightmare was a prince that was actually respected by some people but some people still bullied him which is why he had to be locked in his castle because some people would actually try to hurt him. So for his own safety, he hires someone to be his guard. And that guard would be Dream since well, this would be his chance to finally get to know his brother without having to leave the safety of his castle. But of course, Dream had his friends ink and Blueberry also help him guard Nightmare. Dream also doesn't know Nightmare's name. But what happens if one day, Nightmare decides to tell Dream that they were actually brothers? How would Dream react to the fact that not only did he have a brother, but his brother was a prince, meaning he too was a prince?
