Nightmare was always keeping secrets from Dream. Such as the fact he was secretly very suicidal. As for Dream, Dream was oblivious to Nightmare's depression and Dream was always a happy person. Nightmare would constantly lock himself in the bathroom and would just sit in the shower and cut himself. In his opinion, it helped numb the pain. But he always hid the razors and knives so Dream wouldn't see them. But one day, when Nightmare had spent over two hours in the shower, it actually started to concern Dream because of the fact Nightmare had been in the shower for so long. What happens if after picking the bathroom door lock and opening the door, he sees Nightmare sitting on the shower floor, laying against the wall with a deep cut across his neck from a suicide attempt? How would Dream react to the fact that his brother whom was the only family he had left, was suicidal and had attempted suicide?
