Dream had always been Nightmare's younger innocent twin brother. Nightmare (passive) always protected Dream because he didn't want anyone to ever take Dream's innocence. He was quite protective of Dream. Then one day, when Dream got his first heat, Nightmare helped Dream with Dream's first heat. However, what happens if a while after Dream's heat, Dream confronts Nightmare about something that had happened as a result of Nightmare helping Dream? What if Nightmare had accidentally gotten Dream pregnant? How would Nightmare react?
