Nightmare was always keeping secrets from everyone, including his brother and his friends. There was honestly a lot of stuff Nightmare never told Dream because he knew Dream would become extremely over protective of Nightmare if Dream ever found out about one specific secret Nightmare had. But one day, when Dream, ink, and Nightmare were bored, they were playing truth or dare. And of course, when Nightmare chose truth, ink told Nightmare to tell the truth about the most dangerous place he's ever been to. But what happens if Nightmare admits to having been to a completely different multiverse that had been extremely dangerous and that he had barely escaped the place? What if that makes Dream get scared of nightmare having the possibility of going back there to the point Dream refuses to let Nightmare leave his sight as a way to try and keep Nightmare safe?
