Nightmare (passive) had always been protective of his younger twin brother, Dream. Dream didn't think much of his brother being overprotective since he figured Nightmare just wanted to keep him safe. He had no idea how obsessed Nightmare was with him. He would never let Dream date anyone and even convinced Dream to not trust anyone other than Nightmare since Nightmare kept warning Dream of how everyone would talk badly about Dream behind Dream's back, how they wanted to hurt Dream, and how even ink and Blueberry secretly 'hated' Dream and wanted him dead. Dream knew Nightmare would never 'lie' to him. He trusted every word Nightmare told him which made things a lot easier for Nightmare to keep Dream close to him at all times. Dream was too innocent for his own good sometimes. But Nightmare's obsession towards Dream got worse and worse every day. He even went as far as starting to convince Dream it was no longer safe for Dream to even leave the house. But for how long would Dream believe Nightmare? Or would he believe Nightmare for forever and never leave him?
