OMG GUYS, I just wanted to take a minute to say Thank you so much. This story is really taking off more than I thought it would. Over the past 5ish days we are almost at 2k views. Julie's POV
I'm standing backstage with the guys. "So we start with Bright, Stand tall, Finally Free then Perfect Harmony," I say to the guys to remind them.
They all nod in agreement. "Luke whenever there is a break between songs, Flynn will unplug the amp and you will keep playing random chords, that should keep you on stage," I say as I start to get really nervous.
I'm never this nervous about performances.
"PUT HANDS UP FOR JULIE AND THE PHANTOMS" I hear Flynn yell into the mic on stage. She sets up our fake projector and gives me a reassuring thumbs-up.
I sit down at the piano we set on the stage and the music starts. "-come on, let's run" Suddenly the band shows up. The crowd gives their normal reactions of excitement when the Guys show up.
As the first song is almost over I look over at Flynn, she is near Luke's amp, ready to unplug when I sing the last note.
Just like we planned, it worked, the sounds of the crowd cheering covered up the sounds of the guitar weakly playing. Luke, Alex and Reggie are all still on stage. I'm relieved that it worked. I felt like them disappearing and reappearing would get old after the first two times.
Our set goes amazing. When we get to Perfect Harmony, Alex and Reggie poof off the stage into the back. The crowd seriously loves this. When this ends Luke poofs off stage.
I deliver the old "We're Julie and The Phantoms, Tell your friends" I run off stage and head to the guys "You ready to dance?" I say grabbing Luke's hand.
A slow dance song comes on after we get onto the dance floor. Reggie takes Flynn's hand, they are adorable, He's making her laugh. "Wanna Dance?" Luke says offering his hand. "Of course," I say curtseying and taking his hand
I see Alex standing in the back and I feel bad for him. Then some girl asks him to dance, I think he accepts just so that he isn't the only one not dancing.
"You know after these horrible past few weeks, we deserve this" Luke says. I rest my head against his shoulder, he pulls me in closer by my waist. This is perfect. "I love you Luke," I say closing my eyes. "I love you to Julie," He says, I see the shape of a smile form on his face.
We dance for hours. Having the time of our lives. Some girls asked Luke to dance when slow songs come on. He denies it and tells them he has a girlfriend. "You're a real heartbreaker" I chuckle at him after probably the 13th request to dance gets rejected. "You know I only got eyes for you Jules" He smiles, his smile is so sweet and dorky, I love it.
The night goes very very late. We decide to head home around 1 am. This night was perfect.
As we are walking out of the school Luke pulls me aside. "I got us something," He says reaching into his pocket. It's a small black velvet box. I look up at him "Luke I'm too young to get married!" I whisper yell at him
He laughs and shakes his head "It's not a ring", He opens the box and it's a key. "Luke I have a house that we live in, besides how did you get a house! You have no money!" I scold him in another whisper yell.
"Ok stop jumping to conclusions" He laughs at me "It's a room key, I took your phone and texted your dad, your sleeping over at Flynn's if he asks" He winks at me and this gives me butterflies.
"I mean it's also been a little bit since we" He pauses "Well since we ya know" He goes wide eyes "Not saying that's like why I'm with you. I love you with my entire heart it's just. I'm digging myself into a hole aren't I?" I nod "I get what you mean" I respond. "Poof us in?" He bites his lip as I take his hand and we head into the room.
I really just expect a bare and empty hotel room, but no! There are rose petals everywhere, some tea lights around and I see a change of pyjamas on a dresser. "Wow Luke, I didn't know you were such a romantic" I quote myself, he chuckles.
"It's too much, isn't it. I just thought that with everything I'd want this moment to be special" He says awkwardly "No Luke, it's perfect" I say smiling.
LUKE'S POV ⚠️SCENE CONTAINS SEXUAL CONTENT⚠️
The break-in our conversation is enough for me to make a move and kiss her. I pick her up as if she weighs nothing and press her back against the wall, one hand around her waist, stabilizing her. One hand pressed against the wall next to her head, stabilizing me.
I hear her shoes hitting the floor as I kiss down her neck making her moan. I put her down so that she can slip her dress off. I take my suit jacket off and place it onto the ground.
Julie starts getting cocky and starts unbuttoning the dress shirt I had on. As she tosses it to the ground I pull her in by her waist and whisper in her ear "You're mine"
We start undressing and having an amazing night, it been a while, I've missed her touch. This night is so amazing, her soft skin, her voice, her everything. I couldn't imagine spending this night with anyone else.
A/N Hey I know this chapter is a little steamy... I almost lost this entire chapter. I wrote it and then my wifi went out, I had enough time to save it before I had to restart my computer. I panicked lol I hope you enjoy it.
