"It's date night," Alcina reminded me as I started on lunch. "So let the maids work on dinner."

"Our daughters are the ones that don't like the maid's meals."

"They like the newest two, let them cook."

"Can they cook?" I sighed and began slicing the meat into thin pieces. "That short one has a temper too."

"They're nice to our girls, the least you can do is let them attempt," Alcina laughed and kissed my cheek. "Besides, you know how the girls get when it's date night. They want us to spend every minute after lunch together."

I sighed and leaned into her, offering her my glass of wine. "Fine. But if they mess up, I'm draining them for every drop of blood that they have."

"Stay," Alcina ordered as I knelt on our bed, hands tied behind my back. "Good Girl."
