"What are we?"
"I don't know." He admitted.
You were in between a fling and a ring. But he wasn't going to make this official. Whatever this was.
"Well maybe you should figure out sometime soon because I'm tired of waiting." You grabbed your purse and made your way to your car. It was a 20 minute drive from his place to yours so you put on a little Carrie Underwood and started the trip.
You went straight to your room, ignoring your roommate and whoever she had over. They knew not to bother you after you slammed your door.
Johnny knocked on your door 20 minutes later. "I don't know what we are but I know I want to be with you. I don't want you to leave me."
You shook your head. "I don't want to be in a non-committal relationship. I know the rumors about you guys. I've lived in Calgary my whole life."
"I know but I swear I'll be better than that. I promise."
"Promise?"
"Anything if you'll be my girl."
