Your best friend was back for the summer and you couldn't be more excited. It wasn't bad when he was in Minnesota, but Darcy being in Arizona made it harder for you to visit him during the season.
There was three of you at the lake and Darcy decided to make a rope swing, like when you were kids. Your brother laughed but went into town to get some rope, leaving you and Darcy alone.
"Do you really think this is a good idea?" You asked him. It sounded like he was going to get hurt and then piss off management.
"Not at all."
"Good. I was going to be concerned if you did."
"But I do think this is a good idea." He pulled you into him by the small of your back and kissed you. After the shock wore off, you kissed him back.
"I leave you kids alone for twenty minutes and you can't keep your damn hands off of each other." The two of you pulled apart with red faces. "But I will say, fucking finally you two."
