Christina's Dad's pov:

i was still in the hospital. but i was recovering relatively quick. christina would come visit me once in a while after her work shift was over.

it's been a few days since i first checked into the hospital. the nurses let me check my email and such all the time. i got bored fast watching the tv. politics pissed me off and made me upset.

i turned the tv off and called a nurse in.

"can you grab me my phone please?" i politely asked the nurse.

"yes of course don" the nurse handed me my phone and then walked out of the room.

i had one new email notification. it was from an email address i didn't recognize. the title and subject of the email were both 'mattia' that was christina's boyfriend's name.

i decided to open the email just to find out it was meant to go to my wife. i scrolled down to the body of the message and began to read it. my jaw dropped to the floor.

"excuse me nurse!" i yelled. "how long until i can get the hell out of this hospital bed?" i asked her.

my daughter was in danger.
