Courtney

James finally unhooked his arms from mine. I ran my hand through my hair harshly and slammed my hand down as I grunted. I looked everyone and closed my eyes to cool down.

"Sorry." I blurted. I opened my eyes. I turned back around and started to walk away.

"Courtney!" I heard someone yell. I turned around quickly. And I saw Adam push his way through the crowd. I shook my head softly. "Courtney, what wrong?" Adam asked. I looked up as I shook my head softly, trying to keep the tears from running.

"I-I wish I could just go back to Tennessee." I blurted. I started to walk away, where I was going, I don't know, but I kept walking.

I walked passed security and through the door. I saw lots of new casters talking to one another. Then, all of them looked up at me. I just stood there. They all came rushing over to me.

"How'd it feel to get the word that your back?" One of the news casters asked.

"Courtney! Were you nervous when you had to go up to testify?" Another asked.

"Courtney! Mr. Stafford said he wants you out of the college next year, what are your thoughts on that?" Another asked. I shook my head slightly.

"I have no comment."
