Insane // Colby Brock

*ima just put a trigger warning here. Nothing bad, some people just might get grossed out🤷🏻‍♀️

Sam called two Ubers and told one to just follow us. The car situation was Sam, Kat, Colby, and I. And in the other was Gus, Caleb, and Tom.

Sam gave our driver instructions to first a Walmart to get us tents, and then to the forest as the rest of us just went on our phones. I was scrolling through Instagram when I saw an edit of me and Colby. I couldn't stop smiling while watching it.

I nudged Colby and he turned his head toward me. I nodded my head towards my phone, causing him to look down at it.

As he watched the video, he smiled a big smile that made his dimples pop out, and his face soften. "That was so cute." He said and I nodded in agreement.

When he turned back to look at his phone again, I liked the video and reposted it on my story.

I, of course, have been getting a shit ton of hate for being with Colby but it really didn't faze me.  People are gonna be jealous and hate. Not everyone is gonna like you and there's nothing you can do about it.

You can't please everyone.

And I'm definitely not gonna let a bunch of jealous people get in the way of my relationship.

Like I've said before, this isn't the first time I've dealt with hate like this. Gus, for example. They are the same way with Gus as they are Colby.

When I first was around Gus in videos, I got a shit ton of hate. At first, I couldn't take it. It was too much. But then, he comforted me. After that, we didn't feed into the hate and everyone saw that I wasn't a threat and that I was a good person and Gus's best friend soulmate.

I,of course, still get hate, but they're just jealous. It doesn't faze me anymore and neither will the hate that Colby's fans send me.

My thoughts were interrupted by a voice causing me to look around and see that we were at Walmart and that Sam was no longer in the car. "What are you thinking about?" Colby whispered into my ear, causing my spine to tingle.

"The haters and how the don't faze me." I said and leaned on him. He wrapped an arm around me and pulled me towards himself more, placing a gentle kiss on my head.

"I'm glad they don't. Have you been on social media?" He asked quietly and I nodded. "Yeah." I said. "You sure it doesn't bother you, baby?" He asked, while butterflies erupted in my stomach.

I nodded. "Yeah, I'm positive. I've dealt with this for years. I'm used to it." I said and let out a small laugh.

"I'm sorry you've had to go through that." He said and I scrunched my eyebrows. "Why are you sorry? You've had it way worse. You've lost so many people." I said and he chuckled.

"True." He said and then nuzzled his head onto my neck. Sam came back and we were all quiet the rest of the ride.

By the time we got to the forest, it was already almost dark out. We all got out of the car and grabbed our things, thanked the drivers, watched them pull away, and then started looking for a place to set up.

"Oh guys look, right there." Colby said and pointed to a cleared spot. We all headed over there and dropped our things onto the hard dirt ground.

"Okay, let's do the intro and then we'll set up everything and then I'll explain what this place is and why it's haunted." Sam said and we nodded.

We all gathered around the little camera as Colby set it up and then pressed record and stepped back. "What's up guys, it's Sam and Colby!" He yelled to the camera with a big smile on his face, making me smile.

"And todaaayy we're in a spooky forest... again." Sam said and laughed. "Spoopy." Gus said and we laughed.

"But this time, we're with different friends!" Colby said and motioned to all of us. "Hey guys!" We all exclaimed and waved.

"Today we have Kat, Tom, Scarlet, Gus, and Caleb with us and we are on the opposite side of the United States." Colby said and laughed.

"Yeah, if you would like to know why, go check Scarlets channel, she made a whole video about coming here and why we are here." Sam said.

"All of their links will be in the description. And without further ado, let's get this video started!" Colby said and clapped his hands. Sam put his hand up to the camera and stopped the recording for a cool transition.

"Alright, let's start the set up!" Sam exclaimed with the clap of his hand. We laughed and got to work, Sam and Colby occasionally filming little bits of us being funny or dumb, until we finally had the tents set up. There were only 2 but we will make it work.

"Shit..." Sam said as Colby turned the camera on. "What? What's wrong?" Caleb asked.

"We forgot pillows, blankets, snacks, and chairs..." Sam said and everyone started groaning and mumbling things.

"Thank god you have me then." I said and pulled out the blankets and snacks I had brought, and smirked.

"Oh scarlet, I love you." Gus exclaimed with a breath of relief and hugged me and then quickly grabbed the bag of food and brought it over to Tom and dug through it. I raised my eyebrows at him and he shrugged and started eating.

"Do not eat all of that food." Katrina warned. A certain thought crossed my mind causing me to gasp and my eyes to go wide. Everyone turned to me with a worried expression.

"Heh, um Kat... we have a problem... can I talk to you... alone." I said and looked her dead in the eyes, signaling that it was important.

She narrowed her eyes but nodded and followed me. "What's wr-" "our periods Katrina! We're in the middle of a forest on our periods with a bunch of guys!" I whisper-yelled to her.

She looked at me, a look on her face that I couldn't pinpoint, and bit her lip. Was she nervous? Guilty? "Uh... about that. I actually don't have my period anymore..." she said. "It ended today." She concluded. I groaned and threw my head back.

"What the hell am I supposed to do?!" I asked. "Do you have pads or tampons?" She asked and I nodded.

"You might just have to go off a little and change it then burry it." She said. "What!? No! I'm not doing that." I said with wide eyes.

"I don't know what to tell you girlfriend. Is it heavy? Are you wearing a tampon?" She asked and I shook my head.

"No. No tampon and not heavy at all. Very light. But still." I said. "Did you change your pad before you left?" She asked and I nodded. "If it's not heavy then you're gonna just have to wait to change it when we leave." She said and gave me a look of sympathy.

I groaned and cringed. "Ew." I said. "Well, if it's not that much, it shouldn't be that bad girl." She said and I nodded and then sighed.

"You're right I guess." I mumbled. "Okay, now that that's settled, let's get back before they come over here and bother us about what's wrong." She said and I laughed but joined her back to the guys.

I guess I may have over reacted just a little, this was my last day so there want much, but still.
