The exhaust from the onslaught of letters and death threats began to see to no end as Jinhua burned yet another letter demanding her presence from yesterday, "I'm getting sick and fatigued, I don't know if this will ever end..." Jinhua rubbed the crease between her eye brows wearily.

Her door being slammed open made the demoness jump, her violet eyes halted at the sight of a heavy breathing Ao Ji.

"Ao Ji, my brother in arms, what's got you in a panic?" Jinhua slowly rose from her seat cautiously as she weaved around her desk over to help the Dragon Warrior.

Ao Ji heaved out ragged takes as his jade eyes met her violet ones, "Jinhua, it's the clan again."

At that Jinhua concerned face faded into one of uninterested, "If that is what you have come today for then please leave. I have more important matters to attend to." Jinhua turned to head back to her desk.

"Jinhua-!" Ao Ji grabbed her shoulder to stop her in her tracks.

This in fact made the demoness snap, "What!? What could it be this time!? I've had that dreadful clan up my back for years now-! What else do they need from me!?" She slapped his hand away.

Ao Jo's face hardened into one of great distress, "Your help."

Jinhua felt her form freeze as a chill ran down her spine at a sudden dreadful feeling crawling in the back of her skull.

"What?"

Flying out of her temple, she left Ao Ji to tend to her things and tell the others she was going on ahead. At the utter thought of the great city of Shinokuta in danger, she didn't want to believe such a thing was possible.

Flying across the great mountains of different demon lords and kings, Jinhua could care less if she had entered they're territory unauthorized, she had bigger problems.

Her connection to two certain simians had cut off.

Her bonds were severed.

She was unable to communicate with them.

It was almost like a outer interference didn't want her to know what was happening.

Her mind kept flickering from one theory to another that she almost didn't notice the pungent smell of blood and ash in the air.

Soaring forward through the great clouds of smoke and raining ash, Jinhua finally shot out of the mass of smoke and got a clear view of the burning city before her.
