Most group of friends have trios, like two boys and one girl. So what if Wukong and Macaque had another friend.
Another that just wanted to break the chains from her responsibilities and just have fun.
Another that knew what about the fight between...

Sitting at Jinhua's desk, Ren rubbed his head as he tried to neatly write on the single piece of paper that he found in his room, "No... That doesn't look right... I don't think that's how you spell, please... I think I put too many s's...."
Releasing a grumble, he held the paper up in the air and tried to read it to himself, "Dear M... K...! I have done a... lot of 'bad pranks' and wish for us to let bygones... be bygones...! It would be great if we could catch a shadow play or something... Your no good prankster, Ren." He then scribbled a smiley face underneath to send his appreciation.
He glanced over at Macaque who had his brows raised when Ren started reading it out loud. He had an almost baffled look, "Are you trying to pick a fight with him? It sounds like a letter I would send to Wukong if I wanted to mess with him."
Ren deflated in Jinhua's seat as he balled up the paper and tossed it over his shoulder while pouting, "I knew it...! I don't know how to exactly talk to him, forget even writing to him...!" He threw his arms up in defeat.
Macaque chuckled at the pouting demon child, "Don't be like that, I'm sure your apology letter would be fine if you let me write it out while you tell me what to put." Macaque snapped his finger and a shadow clone ascended out from the ground, holding up another piece of paper.
Grabbing the paper, Macaque picked up Ren to sit in the seat and let Ren sit in his lap while he wrote the letter, "Alright, what's the problem and how do you wanna go about it?" He held the pen in his hand at ready.
Ren frowned and stared at the paper in front of him, "Well... I want him to ignore the crazy mind prison I put him in while I absorbed his power..." He grabbed his loose jacket and fiddled with the string.
Macaque couldn't help but have a proud smile on his face, not knowing whether to be prideful or scolding for such a quick villainess scheme, "Continue." He began to start writing things down, making it more plausible and sincere.
Ren watched the pen scribble and focused back to what he wanted to say, "A-And I want to say that I hope he doesn't... Hate me... and uh. And that I'm very apologetic for what I've done... because trapping and stealing one's power to exact revenge is pretty bad..."
Macaque chuckled at that.
Ren brightened at the long letter of his sincere words, "I also would wish if I could get along with him and h-hopefully become friends in the future...!"
Macaque finished the letter with a, 'Sincerely yours, the prankster, Ren.' Macaque peered down at Ren with a giant smirk, "Do we put a smiley face?"
"Smiley face, always." Ren nodded happily, his tail wagging in excitement that he got the letter done.
Macaque rolled the paper up into a scroll and stamped it shut with a wax seal. The insignia held the crest of a lotus pentagram circle. It was Jinhua's insignia when she left her duties as a guardian, and now it's her family's crest.
