3rd Person POV

As two shades of blue, one light, and the other, closer to black, continue to colour with each other over the ocean, a red streak breaks the two apart, and stops right between the two, creating a crack in the now Frozen ocean.

"Velzard, calm down. Listen to me." Before everything could even settle down, the redhead tried to prove his innocence.

"Shut up. You are always doing this. You never supported me. Not then, and not now. JUST SHUT UP." As soon as she finished the sentence, a black denser aura started to spread around her. Unlike her natural aura, it wasn't freezing. Rather, it was more, like, burning.

"Alright. What did you do?" Rimuru asked Guy in a tone, as if he already knew that Guy was at fault.

"What is with that tone?"
"I mean you are the one in the wrong, aren't you?"
"No. No, I am not."

"Just what did you do?"
"I didn't do anything. I swear on Veldanava."

Rimuru just started at Guy and then finally spoke, "He is already dead."

Before this conversation could continue, Velzard attacked the two with ice shards. Both Guy and Rimuru quickly moved out of the way and regrouped.

"Any ideas?" Rimuru asked Guy.
"Yep. Best her up and bring her back to her senses."

Rimuru internally facepalmed. This straight-forward answer was somewhat expresher from him.

"Alright. Nice idea. Good luck. I will support you. Good luck." Rimuru said as he quickly threw Guy straight at Velzard.

Velzard, in a fit of rage, just attacked Guy who was heading straight his way. After seeing Guy, she has lost most of her reasoning. Guy then starts exchanging blows with Velzard.

While those two were busy fighting, Rimuru was doing a humanitarian job. He quickly teleported to the air bubble inside the ocean where all the soldiers were, and teleported them back to Hyme before they could even understand what was going on. Once at Hyme, the first to regain her senses and speak up was Luna.

"Rimuru? What are you doing here?" Luna asked.
"What does it look like? Help you, of course. Just stay here. Guy is dealing with Velzard."

Just as Rimuru was about to teleport, Luna spoke up, again.

"Let me help as well."

Rimuru would obviously not deny more hands.

"Alright. There is an Insectar General controlling the enemies. I am not sure, but there is a high chance as the Insectars are still coming through. So, I want you to find him and defeat him."
"Fine."

The two them quickly teleport to the to of the ocean and go their seperate ways.

Rimuru's POV

I am currently watching two of the strongest beings in the world fight each other. It most certainly isn't a battle I intrude without any prior preperations, but it isn't impossible to get in between them.

As the two continue to trade blows, I have to somehow catch Velzard off guard.

<Master, Instead of trying to catch her off guard, I personally believe it would be better for Master to dive straight at her and devour her using Azatoth.>

I see, that is a good option as well. I guess we should wait until she uses a bit more of her magicules. After all, unlike me or Milim, she doesn't have unlimited magicules.

After a few minutes, I got confirmation from Ciel that it would the perfect time to attack Velzard. So, that is exactly what I did. I snuck behind Velzard and dashed straight at her. Halfway through she had noticed me, but she had no way to runaway as she was to busy holding off Guy.

As soon as I was close enough, I use Azatoth to start devouring her. There was resistance as first, but in front of Azatoth, it was nothing. But, after I had nearly devoured half of her, something odd happened. The resistance suddenly increased, to the point that I was unable to continue on devouring her. I was forced to move away from her as she attacked with ice shards. But unlike the ones she used before, whenever I can in contact with these shards, some of my magicules would flow into Velzard.

<Master, it seems that the unique skill «Envy» of Velzard had evolved into Ultimate Skill «Envious Lord Leviathan»>

Tch.

"This will be problematic." Guy said.
"I agree." I say as I turn towards Guy and I saw something interesting.

There were countless tattoo like designs on Guy's body. It seems he also had the crest of sins.

"Listen. I have copied your skill. Though not at full capacity, I can absorb her magicules. I will absorb all the excess magicules that she is gaining, so quickly absorb her core." Guy ordered.

"Fine." This one word was all out took for us to begin our plan. I dash straight at Velzard. This time, Velzard was wary of me decided to keep her distance, so, I decided to teleport right behind her. It shouldn't have been possible due to the large and disruptive aura of Velzard, but I have Ciel with me.

I quickly begin to absorb Velzard. It didn't even take a few seconds to absorb her, but just those few seconds were enough to leave a major toll on my mind. My body was at its peak condition, but the same couldn't have been said for my mental condition.

While I was busy trying to calm myself down, Ciel was having fun playing around with Velzard's skill.

<Ahem. Master, I am not playing around. I did this only to make sure that she wouldn't fall victim to mind control again.>

Right. Thank you. There is no point in arguing with you. I already know how much you love tinkering with skills.

"Can you release her now?" Guy said as the crests on his body slowly started to fade.

"And what if she goes on a rampage again?"
"She won't. You did something to break Feldway's control on her, didn't you?"
"Oh? And what makes you so sure?"

"You did the same for Velgrynd, didn't you?"
"Tch, quite smart."

Will it be alright to release her?
<Yes master. I don't sense anything wrong with her core anymore.>

Alright. I then release her. I thought she would be shocked, or angry, even, but she just bowed.

"Thanks for your help, Demon Lord Rimuru."

"Huh?" It just slipped out of my mouth.
"No need to be surprised, even if I was under control, it doesn't mean that I couldn't control myself at all. I could very clearly see and understand what I was doing."

"I-I see."

"Well then, if you'll excuse me, I will like to have a long chat with Guy."
"Hai." I quickly turn around to look at Guy, and saw him trying to run.

So you really did something. What did you do? Well, whatever, you deserved it. I continue to watch as Guy was dragged along by his ear by Velzard. It was a refreshing sight to see. That prideful Guy getting humbled. Good luck Velzard. Do your best.

After my internal cheering had ended, I focused my attention on the battlefield. The Insectars had stopped coming out of the portal. As Hyme's soldier were teleported back to the city, it was the Black Numbers who were fighting them. As Luna was fighting against the Insectar General, Diablo, Testarossa, Ultima and Valora decided not to interfere, and let their subordinates go wild, for once.

Well, everything seems to be in control here. Let's go to Ruberios, then.
