Jimin sat waiting for his husband to come home. He had made dinner for them and Namjoon was half a hour late. Jimin sat with his head in hands and looked at the candle burning. He had placed it in the middle of the table to make it a little romantic but now it hardly seemed to matter. The food was getting cold and Namjoon hadn't even called home. Jimin could hear his stomach growl for the food infront of him but he was determinated to wait for Namjoon.
Lately Namjoon had been busy, so busy Jimin could hardly remember how it was to kiss him. He would wake up early, go for a run. Eat breakfast, take a shower and then go to work. Jimin would go to work a little later than him. Then Jimin would come home around 4:30 and make dinner for them and wait for Namjoon who was suppose to come home around 6 but lately it would be around 9 or later so Jimin ate alone. When Namjoon came home Jimin would be watching tv or reading. Namjoon would kiss him and say he was exhausted. He would say he had already eaten and it wouldn't take long before he was passed out on the couch. Jimin would turn off the tv and put a blanket over him, then he would go to bed and long for his arms around him. At some point doing the night Namjoon would come into the bed and fall asleep right away again.
Suddenly Jimin's phone rang pulling Jimin away from his string of thoughts.

"Hello." He answered.

"Hey, listen babe. I'm gonna be late. So don't stay up and wait for me okay?" Namjoon's voice sounded in the other end and Jimin felt his heart shatter.

"Alright. I'll leave food in the refrigerator." Jimin said sad.

"Okay thanks babe." Namjoon said and hung up. Jimin put the phone down and blew out the candle. He took some food and sat on the couch. He started to eat while watching tv. He hardly watched it but instead tried to remember how it used to be. Before Namjoon got that promotion. They would wake up together and either cuddle or have sex. Jimin couldn't even remember the last time they had sex. He missed Namjoon's touch on his body and his lips. When they were done with one of the things, they would get dressed and eat breakfast together. Then they would say goodbye and head to the work. They would come home around the same time and either make dinner together or Jimin would make it while Namjoon told him about his day while back hugging him. They would eat together talking and feeding each other. Then they would do the dishes and either watch tv or reading but no matter what they would always cuddle. They would go to bed around the same time, maybe they would have sex again or they would just cuddle close and fall asleep. A tear rolled down Jimin's cheek as he thought about it. He missed Namjoon so much, he missed how it use to be. Jimin tried to gather himself and stopped crying. He ate the last and put the rest of the food into the refrigerator. He cleaned the dishes before sitting down trying to watch tv. He gave up as his mind drifted off and went to bed even though it wasn't even 8. He tried reading and it helped slightly. It became 9:30 when he felt himself getting tired. He turned off the light and held himself as he fell asleep.
He woke up in the middle of the night as he could feel Namjoon moving next to him. Jimin had no idea when he had comed home. He took a moment to look at the sleeping Namjoon. His lips was open letting out a light snore. Jimin couldn't remember the last time he just sat and admired Namjoon as he was doing something. It seemed to be far away, like in another world. Jimin knew he was a heavy sleeper so he took a hand up and cared his cheek.

"I miss you Joonie." Jimin whispered and got tears in his eyes again. "I miss being with you. I miss being loved by you. I need you." Jimin took his hand away and closed his eyes so the tears fell. He couldn't stand looking at Namjoon anymore so he turned around and closed his eyes and fell asleep with a tear rolling down his cheek.
The next morning Jimin woke up alone as always. He walked to eat breakfast while Namjoon was in the shower. Jimin couldn't stand how humidity it would get in the bathroom.
