Gratsu

         After another successful job, team Natsu were  headed home. "Ah, it's good to be back in Fiore!" Lucy exclaimed. "Yes, indeed." Erza agreed. They group was walking in the town's streets towards the guild hall. "Aw, man why did we have take the train though." Complained a sick looking Natsu, with a pout on his lips. Gray groaned, tired of Natsu's complaining, "Just don't throw up on me flame brain." "Popsicle!" "Ash for brains!" "Boys enough!" Erza shouted. Both stopped immediately. "Yes ma'am!" Gray looked at Natsu. He does look cute pouting though. He thought. His eyes widened, Wait, What? Where did that come from?  He sighed and let it pass.

       Soon, they passed an alleyway that was near the guild. What they didn't know was, a stranger was in there and waiting for a perfect target to hit with his spell. Natsu paused. He smelled the air. "Something's off." Then, a puff of pink bursted towards them but non got hit, though as they started walking, they heard a thud on the ground and they all turned. All of them gasped, "Gray!" Natsu ran towards him. Gray passed out and not moving. Natsu picked him up and held him close. "Let's get him to the infirmary." Erza ordered. He nodded.

       They reached the guild hall. "He seems perfectly fine." Porlyusica said. "No harm done. Just needs a couple hours or earlier to wake up." Natsu stared at Gray. "What kind of spell hit him." "I'm not sure, but it'll probably wear off in a couple of hours or by the next day." Makorov turned to Natsu, "Someone has to take care of him until Gray is himself again, and that someone will be Natsu." "What! Why do I have to take care of ice stripper!? Can't Erza or Lucy take care of him." "Because, you're suitable enough and you two need more bonding time if this will stop your fighting!" Makorov stated. Natsu sighed, "Fine." "Good, now go on home and take Gray with you too." With that, Natsu left the guild while carrying Gray bridal style.

      He arrived home, and Natsu went to his room to place Gray on his bed. Happy in the kitchen looking for fish. Please wake up soon. Natsu looked at him. He sat on the side of the bed and reached up to move a chunk of hair from Gray's eyes. Then brushed his fingers down his cheek to the chin. The skin was cold to the touch, but to Natsu, for some reason, felt warm. He quickly moved his hand back to his side, startled by the feeling. Probably my just imagination.

     Natsu was around and about his house. Bored, wanting something to do, but knew he had to stay with Gray. A few minutes passed, he then heard shuffling from his room. He dashed to the door and opened it. Inside he saw Gray sitting on the edge of the bed looking around. He gasped and smiled to himself in relief, thinking that he'll never wake up. "How're you feeling?" Natsu asked gently. Gray looked up and saw Natsu. "What happened? Where are we?" Natsu walked towards him and answered, " We're at my house. Gramps told me I had to watch over you. You passed out on our way back home from the mission." Gray looked down. Natsu looked at him, head tilted a bit, "Wanna head back to the guild?" "Sure."

TIME SKIP

       GRAY POV

      We were at our usual table in the guild for the rest of the day. Talking and laughing. I was mostly listening to our team talk. Well, more like looking Natsu. Gosh Natsu, you're adorable. "Did you say something Gray?" Erza asked. "Huh?" Natsu and Lucy were looking at me. But Natsu looked confused. My eyes widened, Did I actually say that out loud? "Did I say that out loud?" Came my voice. "That Natsu was adorable? Yeah you kinda did." Lucy replied. This time Natsu's eyes went wide, there was a little blush on his cheeks. They continued talking.

      Lucy yawned. "We should head home. It's getting late guys." Erza nodded "Yes, we need rest."  We all got up went our separate ways. Though I was still staying at Natsu's instead of my place. I don't mind though. It makes me feel safe to be near dragon-slayer. As we walked, flame brain was talking. I tried concentrating on what he was saying but my mind just wandered off someplace else. So did my eyes. They wandered to firebreath's mouth. His lips were plump and pink. I just want to kiss you right now! "I just want to kiss you!" He stopped talking and looked at me shocked. "What?" What's happening to me? Everything I think keeps coming out like I'm being forced to say them. I panicked, "Uh n-nothing flame brain." I stammer. He looked at me weird. "Whatever you say ice princess."

      We got to his house. Both of us yawned. I'm gonna go get ready for bed." Yawned Natsu. "Wait, I only have one bed though." He said. "Unless you want to share with me?" I shrugged, "That's fine." Then, we got settled, me on one side, Natsu the other. Pretty soon, I heard snores. He fell asleep quick. I have trouble falling asleep. So, I switched to my right side and then I just looked at Natsu. He's pretty peaceful while asleep and not as noisy. And he's cute too. "You're cute." He moves and I froze. But he stayed sleeping still. I sighed. That feeling came back. It's warm and fuzzy. Am I falling in love with you? "Am I falling in love with you?" My voice said. Awe man, I'm definitely being forced to say my thoughts or something, because I know I'm not in control of my voice. But maybe I actually am falling for him. I've always have had a crush on him. I still do. Oh well. I'll just figure this out when we wake up. With that, my eyes drifted into sleep.
