Rogue's Pov

Sting's been clingy lately. Very clingy. Anywhere I go, he's there right beside me. One thing that's caught my attention though is he's been rubbing on me. Almost cat-like. Sometimes when I'm just in our house, he comes up behind me and hugs me behind. Then he'll start rubbing his head against mine. He'll even have his nose in my neck and inhale my scent. It's been happening for about a week. Maybe it's a mating thing for dragons? It also happened the other day, I was talking to Rufus and all of a sudden he hugged me because he and Orge got together and took my advice. Obviously Sting saw and pulled me away and start rubbing again, then, "Mine!" He practically growled it out. So when I've finally had enough, I went to Natsu and asked about. He perked up, "He's scenting you!" He replied smiling. "Scenting?" Natsu chuckled, "Basically he's telling everyone to back off and letting them know your his." Gray walked up. "Same thing happened to me before me and Natsu were officially together." Natsu hugged him from behind and smiled. They kissed. Natsu looked at me. "So yea, that's what you're experiencing right now." I nodded, "Okay, thanks!" "No problem, if you ever need anything else, come find me!" He grinned. "I will." He said goodbye again and went to find Sting.

Time skip

Sting's Pov

I heard the door open. He's home! I rushed to the door and before he closed it I attacked him into a hug and started scenting him, I could smell Natsu on him. That made me growl a bit. "Whoa, he...hey!" He chuckled. I continued rubbing on him. He hugged me back. "Hey," He nudged me with his nose to get to look at him. "Hey, I'm not going anywhere alright? You don't have to worry about someone getting me because I'm already taken." He smiled and rested his forehead against mine. He kissed my nose. "I'm yours. I'll always be yours." My dragon whimpered at the words. He kissed me. We both smiled. "I talked to Natsu today. I found out why your scenting me. I'll always be yours Sting. No matter what. I'll be happy to be yours forever." He smiled. "No ones taking me away from you. Not ever. Okay?" I nodded. We kissed. "I love you." "I love you too." We stared at each other, smiling. My dragons content.
