Jennie leaned back against the door and closed her eyes for a moment after she pushed it closed behind her. She'd had a great day and a very productive one at that. But she could feel the stress starting to weigh down on her shoulders with everything that she and the girls still had left to do. However, those thoughts completely fled her mind when she realized that you were downstairs.

The first thing she noticed was that you had left the tv on. Your favorite show was playing, so she figured you were wide awake watching it.

"Y/N! I'm home." She said excitedly. She couldn't seem to contain her happiness! She loves coming home to you. You always make her feel better; whether her day was good or bad, you're always there to brighten up her day.

But she was met with silence. She furrowed her eyebrows and walked over to the couch. She was about to call your name again, but she froze on her feet when she saw you sleeping. You looked adorable with your arm hanging off the couch. The remote had fallen onto the floor and she couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of you being in such a deep sleep that it just slid right out of your fingertips. Your lips were parted and your hair was a little messy as it spread across the pillow your cheek was resting on.

She took the remote away and placed it on the table. Her heart seemed to melt right in her chest when she saw you smiling slightly in your sleep.

She couldn't help but brush her thumb along your other cheek. It was warm against the pad of her thumb, but she figured it was just because you had most likely slept the other way around first with that cheek against the pillow instead.

She didn't wanna wake you. So, she just grabbed the blanket from the back of the couch and draped it over you. She only went to kiss your cheek, but the brush of her lips against your skin caused your eyes to flutter open.

"Hey, cutie. Sleep well?"

You nodded and stretched your legs out. "You're home." You said as your eyes fluttered closed again as she caressed your cheek.

"I am."

You scooted back against the couch and patted the spot of the couch you had previously been sleeping on. "Good. I've missed you. Lay with me and give me cuddles."

She laughed but laid beside you. You covered her up with part of the blanket, too. Just to make sure she was warm and cozy, like you.

"Are you warm?" You asked.

"Very. Thank you."

You nodded and put your head down on her chest. Right away, she was pressing kisses against it, causing sleepy giggles to fall from your lips.

"I hope your day was good." You said. "And I hope tomorrow is even better."

Her heart swelled with love. She always loves it when you say things like that. It warms her heart.

"It was good, but even better now that I'm home with you." She mumbled. "You're still sleepy, go back to sleep. You know I'll stay right here with you."

You felt happy that she said that because you were already falling back asleep.

"Love you." She said and put her head back against the pillow you were sharing together. You ended up falling asleep together just moments later.
