Chapter thirty five: Wedding dresses

It's been a few months since Jen and Brad's engagement party and they are getting married in exactly 6 months. Jen, Court, Kristin and Dre are going wedding dress shopping today and if Jen finds one that she likes then they are going to go shopping for the bridesmaids dresses and the maid of honour dress too. They still can't believe that in 6 months today they are going to be Mr and Mrs Pitt.

(Jen's P.O.V)

It's so early but I have to get up now because this morning I have an appointment at Kleinfeld bridal shop as there are a few dresses I've seen that I really like and I'm going to try them on.

Brad and I didn't exactly get an early night last night and I'm still feeling the effects from it now and all I want to do is to stay cuddled up to him but I can't. I carefully get out of bed so I don't wake him and I hop in the shower. After a quick wash of my body I get out, dry myself and get changed into my favourite orange Chinese dragon capris, a black tank top with a pair of flip flops. I re-straighten my hair, put on some light make up and head downstairs.

"Come on Norm" I lead Norman to the back door so I can let him out

I make him his food and put it out for him for when he decides to come back inside and I decide to make myself a small bowl of cereal along with my usual cup of coffee since I'm not really that hungry this morning. I'm eating my breakfast whilst looking at the newspaper and I feel a pair of hands wrap around my waist.

"Good morning baby" I say turning around to kiss him

"Good morning beautiful, you're up early. I'm surprised you are since how wild things got last night" Brad says sitting next to me gently stroking my arm

"And I'm still feeling the effects of last night but me and the girls are wedding dress shopping remember"

"Yeah I remember baby and what do you mean you're still feeling the effects?" He says winking at me, I know that he knows exactly what I mean but he just wants me to say it

"Well if you must know... my vagina is still throbbing" I laugh slapping his chest as he looks all proud of himself

"You look proud of yourself" I say handing him some of my coffee

"And I am... I am because I still have an effect on you hours after it happened" Brad laughs along with me as he goes to get himself some breakfast

I call Norman back inside as I get ready to leave. Brad has just sat down for breakfast and I wish I could stay and talk with him more but now I really have to go.

"Babe can you take Norm for a walk at some point this morning? I would do it but I don't know how long I'm going to be gone for" I ask as I have him a peck on the cheek

"Of course but try not to be too long. I want to spend the day with my beautiful lady" He says as he pulls me in for a kiss

We have a tender kiss and I try to pull away but he just holds me tighter pulling me back in. I give in for a few moments letting him having his moment and he licks my lips. I open my mouth and our tongues play together for a few minutes until I have to pull away. I really don't want to stop this but I have to.

"Baby I really have to go" I say trying to release my hand from his

"Okay but you're making up for this later" He says faking disappointment

"Alright mister but please let go of my hand. If you want us to get married then I need to go and find a dress which is what I'm meant to be doing in fifteen minutes" That was all it took for him to release my hand. I give him one last kiss, tell him I love him and then I head out the door
