Jisoo couldn't bring herself to text Jennie later that day. She wanted to apologize so bad, but it wouldn't be enough. She needed to know what she did and how she could make up for that. Jennie hadn't replied her last night text, it was obvious that she didn't want to talk to Jisoo.

The next day Jisoo woke up and quickly checked her inbox. Still nothing from Jennie. So she got up and washed. She continued with her usual weekend morning routine.

"Don't you go somewhere today, Jisoo?" her dad asked her. They were having breakfast.

"No, dad. I want to rest."

"Ok. Since it's Sunday, I thought you wanted to go out somewhere."

"I think I will just do the house work and stay home today. Next week I will be quite busy with college."

Her dad noticed that Jisoo wasn't as cheerful as usual, so tried to make a light conversation. They made fun of Dalgom. It always did the tricks. Jisoo laughed with him.

The Science freshmen got busier the next week. They needed to submit lab reports, working on homeworks, study for quizzes etc. In one morning, Jisoo, Lisa and Taehyung were walking to the Academic Writing class. They took the seat near the window. Jisoo was sitting in between Lisa and Taehyung. A few minutes later, some students took the seats at the other side of Taehyung.

"Jisoo," Taehyung said, "Isn't the girl beside me your friend, Jennie? The one we met at the bar? I didn't know she's taking this class too."

Jisoo and Lisa briskly looked to their right. They were frozen. It was Jennie... and Rosé. They didn't know how to act. They kept staring at them. Jennie felt the eyes on her so she looked to her left. There was Jisoo. She didn't have time to hide her surprise, and before she could stop herself, she said with a small voice, "Jisoo?"

Rosé turned to Jennie, and turned to Jisoo and Lisa. She was surprised too.

"Hi Jennie." Jisoo said hesitantly.

"Hi Rosé," said Lisa. Her voice was so small.

"Hi Jennie!" Taehyung said to Jennie.

Jennie looked up to Taehyung. Jennie's heart suddenly dropped. Of course he gotta be here too.. She stared at smiley Taehyung, what is he so happy about? It annoyed Jennie so much.

"Hi you." Jennie answered Taehyung flatly then quickly turned to Rosé and pretended to be busy. She didn't get to catch the glimpse of disappointment in Jisoo's face.

During the class, Jennie couldn't focus on the lecture. Her mind kept coming back to what happened last week. It had been a week but what Jisoo said still hurt her just the same. I don't want you...

And there Taehyung sat in between them to worsen the pain. She hated to feel that way. It shouldn't affect her this much but why did she cry? Why did it hurt so much to hear that from Jisoo? She's just a nobody to her, then why couldn't she treats Jisoo as a nobody?

She noticed that Taehyung looked to Jisoo quite a lot and asked small questions during the lecture. Jennie felt like Taehyung was waging war on her. Can't he shut up? Why does he move a lot? It's in the middle of a lecture..

She could feel Jisoo's stare on her once a while and every time it happened, her heartbeat would run faster. Jannie hated herself for craving for Jisoo's attention when she still hurt from her words.
