2 Weeks Later

I sighed as I finished straightening my hair. Today was Seth and I's court date and my stomach was knotted up. I had no idea how today was gonna go and I'm so nervous.

"You ready yet?"

Finn asked.

"Yeah."

I said, unplugging the straightener.

"You okay?"

"No."

I said, sniffling.

"Come here."

Finn said, hugging me.

"I'm not gonna be able to handle it if he gets custody, Finn."

I said.

"It's gonna be okay. No matter what, I'll be here. Let's just be there for Em."

Finn said. I lifted my head off his chest and looked up at him.

"Okay. Let's do this."

I said with a sigh.

3 Hours Later

"It's okay Bay."

Sasha said, hugging me. Sasha came with us to watch the kids while Finn and I were in court.

"It's not okay Sash. He has custody of my little girl."

I sobbed into her shoulder.

"I know. I'm so sorry."

Sasha said. I lifted my head up as I saw Seth loading Emery into his car.

"I just want my little girl back."

I said, wiping my tears.

"You okay babe?"

Finn asked.

"No. I'm never gonna see my baby girl again."

I said.

"What are we gonna tell the other kids?"

I asked Finn.

"The truth. It'll be okay. Everything is gonna be okay."

Finn said.

"I'm just so...heartbroken."

I said.

"I know. But we'll get through this. As a family."

Finn said as I wiped my tears.
