"I can't believe they're making you go back to work."

Sasha said as I bit my nail.

"I know."

I said as I sighed.

"I mean, your husband tried to kill himself! And they can't give you time off?"

"You know how it is in the winter Sasha."

"Still!"

"Sash, it's better to just not fight it and do what they say. I don't like it anymore than you do but I have to work. I don't wanna lose my dream job."

I said with a sigh. I stood up and peeked into Finn's room and saw Aria, sitting on the bed next to him as she talked.

"And I'm sorry for those stupid things I said. I was just angry at Kylie. I don't hate you. Not one bit. I love you so much Daddy. Please don't leave me. Please stay and fight."

She said as she started to cry. The whole scene broke my heart.

"Aria?"

I asked softly.

"Yeah?"

She asked, turning around.

"You know he loves you too, right?"

"I know."

She said, looking over at Finn.

"I miss him."

Aria said.

"I miss him too baby."

I said, picking her up.

"Do you have to leave?"

She asked as she started sobbing into my shoulder.

"I'm so sorry. I wish I didn't have to go in the morning. I wish I could be here for you and your siblings."

I said.

"I just want him back so badly."

She sobbed.

"I know. Me too."

I said as I looked down at Finn. I put Aria down as she walked out to the waiting room. I looked at Finn and wiped the tears from my cheeks.

"C'mon. Fight for them. Fight for me, loser. Fight for Squish."

I said, thinking of our old nicknames for each other.

"I love you. See you soon."

I said, walking out of the room.
