Huh...I was gonna combine another suggested ship with this one, but lately I've been really in the mood to ramble while trying to tell what I feel about the ship. So yeah. We don't want another part that's 1000 words long.

ANYWAY.

Let us begin.

It's a ship between Absol and Glaceon. In the reference, it's not specific. However, in the fanfics I have read that have this ship, it seemed to be about Drew's Absol and May's Glaceon.

Well duh, Elemeno. You're a Contestshipper. That's why you've seen them in Contestshipping stories.

I know, I know.

BUT YEAH.

Let's just focus on those specific Pokemon.

As far as I know, I don't think the two Pokemon were seen together at all. Sure, their trainers met because they are rivals. Drew wouldn't really have a purpose in the anime if he wasn't May's rival. I mean, they could have saved him as Dawn's rival, but naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

But hey, I think it's safe to assume that the two Pokemon have met in a contest after the events of the Advanced generation. After all, both coordinators did go to Johto.

SO YEAH. I wouldn't call it as an actual nevermet ship.

Wait...let me try to recall if Drew's Absol and May's Glaceon/Eevee were seen together at some point. After all, Drew had major appearances in only 20 out 1000+ episodes of the Pokemon anime.

Yes, I fucking counted.

Hmmmmmmmmm.

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. I'll just focus on Kanto since I think that's where his Absol showed up.

Maybe they actually met...like when Glaceon was still an Eevee. Maybe during some point in the Kanto Grand Festival. Potentially in the episode, Thinning the Hoard since both Pokemon made an appearance in that episode.

Okay, in that episode, Eevee was in the battle against Harley. For Absol, well...yeah. Drew fucking roasted Absol in this episode.

Fuck. I might have to watch that scene just make sure. That's like a scene I barely watched because it broke my little Contestshippy heart.

Yeah know what...I'll just say that May still had an Eevee, not a Glaceon during those times. I guess they shouldn't count.

And now I feel like I just wasted your time.

I honestly feel like I'm wasting your time in this entire book in general.

ANYWAY.

Overall, it is a potentially good pairing in my opinion...partly because my Contestshipping bias is showing.

I know, bias in the fandom world is your favorite in a certain group, usually a K-pop group. Whatever.

They're in the same Egg Group, so they can make baboos. Ya know, you could Masuda Method using them. AYYYYYYYYYYE.

I will be getting shiny Absol soon. I'll just getting that fucking Trapinch and Caterpie first.

And once I get all three, I'll have a complete set of shinified Drew Pokemon.

Bruh.

Idk about Glaceon, though. I think I'd rather get the other shiny Eeveelutions first before Glaceon. Not that I don't like Glaceon. I love all Eeveelutions. I just prefer getting the shiny versions of the others first.

I will be giving this ship a 8 out of 10. It's original a 6, but the Contestshipping bias gives that extra 2 points.
