Eh...not bad, I guess.

It could work. They're both smart. They both like learning about Pokémon.

And yes, I did call Gary smart. In the fanfics, we tend to make him kinda dumb, but he really isn't.He's actually smart in the real anime.

Well, except the time in the Johto League when Gary let his Golem use Magnitude, a Ground type move, on a Flying-type (Charizard).

Ah well.

I don't really ship, but I've seen people who have. It's not bad, though. It could work, but Gladion ain't gonna be happy about it.
