Pam's POV

"Did you talk to Daddy?"

Mia asked as I walked into the room.

"Sorry sweetheart. He didn't pick up."

I said as she pouted.

"Oh. Okay Mommy."

She said as she sighed. It broke my heart to see her so upset. I never wanted this to happen.

"At least you love me."

Mia said as she hugged my legs.

"I'll always love you baby."

I said as I picked her up.

"Even when the baby comes?"

"Even when the baby comes."

I said as I placed a kiss on her cheek. I placed her down in her bed and walked out of the room as my phone rang.

"Hello?"

I asked as I answered.

"Um Pam? Do you think you could come down to Orlando like as soon as possible?"

Sasha asked.

"Um sure. Why?"

I asked.

"Because Skye is in the hospital because the school found mysterious bruises on her. Pam...she has signs of sexual and physical abuse."

Sasha said as my heart dropped. How could Fergal do that to his 9 year old daughter?

"Did Fergal do it?"

"That's what Skye is saying. Child protective services has her right now but you need to get here as soon as possible if you want custody."

"Okay. I'm on my way. I'll call my Mom to watch the girls and I'll be on the next flight down."

I said as I wiped the tears off my face. How could Fergal do that to his daughter? All I know is that I'm definitely bringing Skye back to San Jose.
