110 - Shelly's Concept

It was said that Heaven have some kind of tolerance level. As long as it was within a norm and didn't surpass normal limitation, there won't be problem. However, there were times a talented Alchemist could surpass the standards. For instance, the normal grade of a pill that Heaven could tolerate was 100%, any more than that and it will be considered as abnormal.

And so, some talented Alchemist, or even those who refine pills for countless of years and master the arts of specific pill, could surpass the mark of 100% and enter beyond it. Those pills who surpass 100% puriy are those who bear the so called pill mark.

Those pills who bear a mark are quite miraculous. It was said that medicine was partly poison and it will cause harmful effect of intaked on large amount at the same time.

Also, since cultivators body have a very powerful adaptability and that part poison of pills can't kill them, their body will naturally adapt and will create some kind of resistance to the same kind of pills. Which means that if they consume a pill with less than 100% purity, the cultivators body will create an resistance to pills which will also reduce the effect of pill for the second time.

For example, an cultivator could refine the 80% efficacy of pills with 80% purity for the first time but for the second time that the cultivators consume the same kind of pill with the same purity, he can only refine 70% of the efficacy. It will further decrease when he consume for the next time around.

However, all of this problem will vanish when the pill posses the pill mark. That was because the pill with a mark removed that poison part, which actually the impurities left behind in the pill, and only contains medicinal effect. Since it was purely beneficial, the cultivators body won't create some kind of resistance.

But refining a pill of this level was easier said than done. Not only it needs both talent and experience, it also face a small force akin to Heavenly Tribulation called Heaven's Punishment. Unlike Heavenly Tribulation, Heaven's Punishment was a lot more weaker, after all, the target of elimination of that lightning was just a pill that don't have the capacity to fight back and protect itself. But since it also made of Heavenly Lightning, any creatures won't usually fight the lightning head on due to it's terrifying effect. Furthermore, many Alchemist don't have a powerful martial power, they usually depend on many other means to resist the Heaven's Punishment.

But pills that successfully pass this test usually have a powerful effect than its lower kind and that is because it receive the blessing the Heaven usually gave after test, the Heaven's Aura. This aura was very beneficial to any creature alike.

Since this dungeon called Forgotten Garden was a special medicinal garden of very renown Divine Alchemist, this place have many formation that blocks, counters and absorb specifically Heavenly Lightning. This means that the Heavenly Lightning the creature will face inside will be reduced to very minimum, perhaps more or less 65%.

Perhaps those formations was created specially for this medicinal plants, after all, Plant Race was both weak when it comes to fire and lightning.

This means that this medicinal garden was a haven for making a breakthrough to Tier-5!

Cole thought of who's beast who can make a breakthrough first. Among his tamed beast, only Shelly and Celia are ready to make a breakthrough.

While he was deep in thought, he heards Celia's voice inside his head, "Make big brother Shelly go first. I can't breakthrough right now or I'll die in my Heavenly Tribulation."

Cole immediately felt worried when he heard that. And when he remember her comprehended [Concept], [Heaven's Paratism], he knew that what she said was most likely true. Just that [Taboo] already sounds worrying.
