160 - Dungeon Dive

After a brief introduction from Celia, the four sudden members is ready to go.

However, they were still on trance from the unbelievable prospect of the smooth, black monolith not far from them. It was an inexhaustible source of resources!

Since all of them were cultivators, they knew what's the significance of the thing in front of them.

Therefore, despite their appearance, the four members turn and look solemn. Their senses were extremely active as they fear that they'll miss vital informations.

Cole didn't add more information. It will be better if they experience it themselves and learn what they needed to know.

Instead, while Celia inform them, Cole took that chance to bind the gifts he receive before; specifically, it was the Autonomous Puppet and Five Feathers Yin Fan.

Afterwards, Cole add the four men to his 'party member list'. After doing that, he walk in front of the Dungeon Monolith and start on tweaking on it.

Instantly, the three option appear in front of him which is the Normal, Difficult and Hell.

Since both him and his party need to familiarize themselves first, Cole choose the [Normal] difficulty. After choosing that, a white portal open, only visible to those whose been added by him as party member.

The portal looks like the gliterring stars in the sky, amazing the four other people once again.

"Alright, follow me." He said before he step towards the portal. The other immediately followed.

For a second, the world turn black.

And when all of them come back to their senses, they reappear in a familiar place; the pond where the Yellow Spring Spirit Lotus reside. They were situated in the middle of small piece of land in the middle of pond.

In a glance, Cole could tell what will happen to them—being besieged by the army of sentient lotus!

And as he expected, it really happen.

After the spirit lotus near the said island feel their presence, they started to move. And as though they have a eyes, they all look at Cole's direction.

Cole don't need to remind the other four. The moment they enter, they were already vigilant and were ready for battle anytime.

Seeing the sentient lotus looking on their position, the other four immediately raise their weapon.

After they recover from shock of being teleported on random position, it was only then it finally dawn to the other four on the place they appear to. And when they look at the swarm of rare medicinal herbs starting to swarm them, their battle morale were boosted, their eyes were flashing with deep greed.

The medicinals herbs that they don't even dare to dream were sending themselves in their hands!

The level of the dungeon mobs depend on the average level of all the challengers.

There were two Ninth and Peak Level Nascent Soul-Stage among them, which is Mikoes and the one Celia parasited back in the Metal Prison of Five Element Sect.

On the other hand, Cole and the other former bandits of Sarface and Shadow Walkers has Core Formation-Stage cultivation level.

Eventhough it was apparent, and the system itself knew, that Cole's average strength are much more powerful than Peak Nascent Soul, it still follow what is indicated in his information panel.

This makes the average strength of spirit lotus mobs range from First-Level Tier-4 to Seventh-Level Tier-4.

For Nascent Soul-Stage cultivators, the spirit lotus mobs were considered weak but for the other two, they were in comparably powerful. Just a single lotus spirit is enough to kill them countless of times.
