It was good. I liked it. And honestly this review looks a bit too short, I know but that's because I really couldn't find anything to comment on. It wasn't something I gushed over either though so yeah. But omg the amount of british-ness in that book is awesome. I loved the usage of tushie tbh. Actually I loved the overall air but tushie surprised me because I didn't know people still used that word in Britain. I thought arse was more common. But yeah, loved it.
- - -Cover:
10/10Good visibility, pretty and overall fitting. No changes needed. Perfect as is.
Description:
10/10Not too revealing, not too vague. A good balance overall.
Basic plot:
9/10Interesting af ngl. I liked it a lot. But it wasn't all that unique so....
Grammar + Spelling
8.5/10Really minor grammar mistakes tbh. I saw an ill-placed "the" in the prose and a few rogue punctuations, some missing punctuations too. But was fine overall.
Structuring/Tone + Tense + Voice:
9.5/10It was exceptionally good but the British-ness of the dialogues was a bit overwhelming. Tone that down by just a bit.
Overall score:
47/50(You're the highest I've rated yet. Damn.)
Thank you for choosing me.
Sorry for being so late (looks like a half arsed apology, I know but it is not. I'm really sorry.)
