Dream's pov
"Okay chat.. this is the last stream for a little while. I'm going in for surgery tomorrow and I don't know how long my recovery will be" I explain, lying because I know exactly how long it'll take to recover from top surgery.
I'm finally getting my tits chopped off. It's mad, I've been waiting for this day since for ever! I finally got enough money to pay for the top surgery.
"Dream c'mon! You've gotta have your last meal now or you won't be able to have your surgery at the correct time tomorrow!" Sapnap shouts, coming in to my room.
"Alright, I'll keep you updated on Twitter! Bye guys!" I exclaim before ending the stream.
I head out to eat tacos with Sapnap before we settle down to watch movies and have an early night.

"How's your chest feeling?" Sapnap asks softly and I cough at my dry throat.
"Fucking awful.. but also great at the same time" I say softly, pulling my shirt down and smiling happily at how flat it is. Finally.. it's real.
"That's good.. your fans wanna know when your gonna stream again?" Sapnap asks and I shrug before groaning.
"I go way longer than this with out streaming.. it must be because I said I was having surgery" I say softly and he hums. "Umm.. two days from now, I'll force myself in to doing a fifty minute stream" I say softly and he hums.
"You don't have too is you're too sore" Sapnap says and i shrug.
"It'll be fine" I say softly before relaxing back in to the couch and flicking the channel over to find a different show.
"Can I watch?" Sapnap asks and I hum.
"Yeah, c'mon sit.. if you hug me, don't make it too tight" I say softly and he nods happily.
So we sit on the couch, cuddling comfortably in to each other whilst watching TV and just chatting.

"Hi chat, I'm back. I survived, I'm okay" I say, giggling softly even though my chest screams at me to stop and just go lay down.

I smile softly at chat. Occasionally seeing messages asking about what surgery I had.
"I had chest surgery chat, surgery on my chest" I say softly, sighing happily. "I finally got my top surgery, if you didn't know I am a trans man. I get testosterone shots and I finally got some bits chopped off, I feel great even though my chest is screaming at me all the time.. I'm still sore from the stitches and stuff" I explain, happily stretching out my hands.
