Yin Laosan nodded and then pandered to Laifu, saying, “Of course I am nothing compared to you. But you’ve got so many works to do today, moreover Brother Dahu isn’t that kind of eloquent at all. I think that is not perfect that you are alone bargaining for something. That will be much tiring. Won’t it? Since I’ve taken this mission, of course I should be absorbed in it. Why not let me be the one who talks and you just control the whole situation.”

After that, he then patted himself on his chest twice, acting like a cock which was nursing an ambition in mind.

Though Laifu knew Yin Laosan wasn’t sincere by saying that at all, he still delivered a big smile, nodding and saying, “Alright then. I will give you a chance to make amends for your crimes by good deeds.”

The three went together to the biggest bazaar in this town. At the first glance, they could see there were various businessmen selling fur and prey.

Laifu smiled to Wu Dahu, explaining, “This place is surrounded by mountains. Various beasts in mountains always visit here and attack the residents and their houses. In that case, residents here possess a good martial skill, and the quantity of hunters is way larger than of farmers.”

Yin Laosan snorted, responding, “Are you going to inquire of those shopkeepers about the fur thing one after another? Why don’t we just separate and visit them all alone? And then we can gather again for discussing about the optimal price.”

Although Yin Laosan was just giving a suggestion, somehow it was a defiance to laifu. And then Laifu raised his eyebrows, saying, “Alright then. Let’s see who is able to get the lowest price among us.”

Wu Dahu was a bit reluctant standing there. Why should he be involved in such a meaningless competition?

However, he didn’t retort verbally at all. After the other two separated and went on their actions, Wu Dahu glanced around and then locked his sight on one certain spot and walked to it.

A quarter later, the three gathered again, and each of them started reporting their achievement.

Laifu stood there confidently with his hands clasped behind his back, saying, “Three pieces of hare fur for one silver coins, one piece of bear fur for two silver coins, one piece of fox fur for three silver coins and one piece of mink fur for five silver coins.”

Seeing that Yin Laosan was showing a face of astonishment, Laifu came to a self-satisfaction.

He was quite confident that this price should be the lowest one because the man who argued with him almost cried. If he wasn’t willing to buy in a large quantity, the shopkeeper probably wouldn’t sell in that low price.

Yin Laosan took a glance at Wu Dahu, when he noticed that Wu Dahu wasn’t about to say something, he then cleared his throat, saying leisurely while showing a face of proud, “Five pieces of hare fur for one silver coin, two pieces of bear fur for three silver coins, one piece of fox fur for two silver coins, one piece of mink fur for three silver coins.”
