"You look so beautiful, Y/N! Hailee is going to be speechless over how stunning you look in that dress." One of your friends and bridesmaids said as you finished putting your dress on.

Your hair and makeup were all done and although you were slightly nervous for the day ahead, you were also feeling beyond excited about it.

You and Hailee have been planning every minute of this weekend out, especially today.

Over the last day, you've spent time with your family and friends as well as Hailee's as you all gather around for today.

It feels so crazy to think that you're getting to marry your best friend and the love of your life today.

In just a moment, you'll head down the aisle and walk to the woman that you've been impatiently waiting to call your wife.

"You think so?" You asked as your friends all came to your side.

"Yes! Are you kidding? You look stunning. And this dress is one so many people dream of getting to wear and it suits you perfectly." Another one of your friends said.

"We're so happy for you and Hailee. You're the most beautiful couple I've ever seen. You're truly perfect for each other. We couldn't be happier for you." One of your other friends said.

And a second later, you were pulled into a hug by them all, as well as your other bridesmaids.

"Are you ready?" Your mother asked as she opened the door.

"Yeah. I'm ready." You said as you looked into the mirror and took a deep breath.

"Well, almost." Your mom said as she came up behind you. "You can't forget your veil."

After she put it on you, you turned around and gave her a big hug.

"You look so pretty." Your mom proudly grinned as she cupped your cheek. "Come on. Time to go see your bride."

You walked out of the room a moment later and saw your dad standing there, proudly putting his arm around yours.

"Are you ready?"

"Yeah. I'm ready. I'm ready to go marry my girl and start the rest of our lives together."

Your parents and friends all proudly and happily watched as the doors opened.

When they did so, Hailee's gaze met yours and she tried to hold it together as you started to walk down the aisle.

But even with her own loved ones surrounding her and trying to help her hold it together, she couldn't.

Every step closer to her that you took gave her a better look at you in your stunning dress and tears began to fill her eyes as her knees gave out under her.

She sniffled as you finally stood right in front of her, so overwhelmed with love and happiness about being able to get to call you her wife soon, she just couldn't help but cry tears of joy.

In return, a couple of tears fell from your eyes too.

"Oh my god," She said as her mom helped her stand up. "You look so gorgeous."

"So do you." You smiled as you brushed your thumbs under her eyes. "You look so beautiful, baby. I knew you would. This is exactly how I always dreamt of this moment yet you look even more amazing than I imagined."

Hailee took your hands into hers and smiled brightly at you.

"I keep telling myself that I can't kiss you yet but I'm starting to lose control. Your dress is beautiful, baby. Just as you are." She said as she squeezed your hand.

She looked out at everyone gathered inside to watch you and Hailee tie the knot at last.

"Let's get married."

"I'm ready." You excitedly said.

"Alright then. Let's begin." The preacher said and you and Hailee stared into each other's eyes, ready for every second of the journey you were about to embark on together.
