Periods Suck!

Lexdine isn't right away but I promise it's in here with the friendship of Devon and Lexy featured!! 😫🤞

Lexy laid uncomfortably in bed, hiding under the covers and feeling the need to cry. Her cramps were way worse than usual. There was a knock on the door.

"Come in."
She yelled. Devon walked in. The room was dark and cold.

"Uhm..hey, Nadine asked me to bring these to you. It's a heating pad, a tub of your favorite ice cream, your favorite chocolate, bottled water and Nadine asked Jake and I to get you more pads. She said she didn't want to leave you here by yourself so she just told us the brand to get."
Devon explained, holding up some bags.

Lexy throws the covers off of her and sits up. Her hair was a mess, she wore shorts and a crop top, with no bra. The blonde yawns and gets off the bed.

"Thank you! This is just what I needed!"
Lexy smiled, taking the bags and setting them next to her bed.

"Is there anything else you need?"
Devon asked.

"Uh yeah... could you maybe check me?"
Lexy hesitantly asked, turning away from the boy in front of her.

"I don't know what that means but sure."
He agreed.

"You just look at my pants and see if there's any blood."
She explains.

"Oh ok," Devon comments, looking. "Nope. I don't see any blood."
He claims.

"Ok thanks!"

"Any time. Enjoy your snacks."

Hours of eating, watching movies and her friends occasionally coming in to check on her. Jake and Devon left, leaving silence throughout the apartment, besides her computer with the movie. Nadine finally comes in to spend time with her.

"What took you so long? I was waiting for you."
Lexy said.

"Jake and Devon came over! While we were talking I made you more food. I made you some soup with my grandma's recipe, because that's very good for when you are on your period. Also pancakes because that's your favorite food. And I made sure it had syrup on it!"
Nadine explained, setting the bowl and plate on the bedside table.

"Thank you, Nadine. Really. You always take care of me and I feel like I do nothing in return."
The blonde claims.

"No it's alright. You just being here, being my girlfriend is already something. You don't need to do more than what you already do. Because being with you, makes me happy."
The ginger replies.

"But I have to say, I'm surprised we aren't synced yet with how much time we spend together."
She adds.

"We are probably only a few days a part from each other."
Lexy laughs.

"Anyways, do you want to cuddle now? We can watch Thirteen again like last time."
Nadine suggests.

"I would love to cuddle but I don't want to watch Thirteen again, I watched it while I was eating my tub of ice cream. We should watch Heathers instead."
Lexy smiles, scooting over it make room for the girl.

"Ok, whatever you want, honey."
Nadine teased, kissing her cheek.

Usually, Lexy would be more pissed on her period but, she could never stay mad at Nadine. They laid down, holding each other in their arms with the tv going with some old movies and eating a ton of food. Starting with Heathers then the Breakfast Club, the list just kept growing until they both fell asleep, cuddling and their hands wrapped in each other's hair, legs intertwined and tangled.
