"Hey Devon."
Jake greeted, dragging his words.
"Yesss?"
He responds, also dragging his words.
"I made us a playlist!"
He says, holding out his phone to show him.
"How is there two people on it?"
Devon asks.
"So I made the playlist then a sent you the link to invite you to it then I got onto your computer and accepted the link. So now, we can both add songs to it!"
Jake explains.
"Awww. I love you."
"I love you more, Devon."
"Impossible."
It was early in the morning, they both got dressed and they walked around the park, sharing headphones and listening to the new playlist; after Devon added songs to it. They saw children running around, remembering when they were that age. They sit down on the benches and ate ice cream, though, it was getting colder out. They saw birds flying as they walked around. One ended up pooping on Jake's beanie. That would be something to look back on later.
Though Devon viewed the playlist many times, he's never noticed the picture of them kissing.
"Oh the picture is us kissing."
He stated.
"Yeah, you didn't notice that?"
Jake questions.
"No, I was busy adding songs to it. That's a good picture of us though."
Devon claims.
"Yeah, that's why I chose it."
"You're an idiot."
"You're more of an idiot."
"Ok, whatever helps you sleep at night."
